Lage war sehr gut. Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos. Auto hatte einen eigenen, abgeschlossenen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr
Klimaanlage leider nicht ausreichend bei den Temperaturen. Deshalb eine 9 und keine 10 Punkte

Loved his quirky and different the Apartment was. Very big and two lovely double doors that open out to a great view of the fast running Adige river. Also only a short 10-12 min walk in Bra Piazza .

El piso es muy bonito y es muy limpio. Tiene una ubicación genial, está cerca al centro y a muchos comercios. Nosotros no tuvimos problema en encontrar parking cerca.
El problema con su calefacción. Según el propietario decía que era una regulación general del edificio. No subía de 19 grados durante el día, y por las noches bajaba hasta 15. Se apagaba a las 9 de la noche y cuando llegábamos el piso estaba frío y por la mañana se encendía a las 8.30 cuando ya estábamos casi de salida. Para nosotros fue un problema ya que pasamos mucho frío. Es la única pega que puedo tener.
