Everything except ...

Management dropped the ball. One server at breakfast couldn't keep up with the crowd. Not her fault. Everyone was feeling awkward because it was like the first time the hotel had customers at breakfast. I would have expected a manager to put on an apron and help her. Instead she was struggling to serve thirty people by herself. Food wasn't available, the coffee machine was broken. A simple busy Saturday became a needless struggle because the hotel was understaffed.
