Location is awsome a Perfectly placed and no noise from the street which was good

Walls were a bit thin so can get noisy inside the hotel. The rooms are clean but its like what you would expect from a 70's soviet union hotel. Most of all i found the staff lacked people skills. Not 1 of them smiled even once. I found them quite rude and unapproachable generally. The cleaning staff seemed friendly though. But the reception staff, quite rude, blunt, boring and uninteresting. I think they need to consider new staff as it is killing your hotels atmosphere.

It's what you expect from a Campanile. In a good location with a good sized room. Ideal for people who don't plan to spend so much time at their hotel but also expect a reasonable standard of comfort.

I wanted to get something to drink after returning late in the evening but wasn't able to get even a cola to take to my room as the bar was locked and the person at reception said they didn't have access to the key.

Barely good enough for one night stand.

They allowed us to bring bicycles to the room. Free tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was quite good.

There was dried vomit on the floor. Smoking smell coming from the bathroom. All the furniture had scratches from a dog.

Overall the stay was pleasant

It’s one of those moments when kinda everything is okay but still, it could be much better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is lit, very convenient and easily reachable. There are plenty of spots where one can eat and also do some grocery shopping on Sunday.

The water in the shower was very sulphuric each time the shower was taken. A coffee cup at breakfast was other dirty/stained/not washed properly or just old; but once the staff was informed the fresh ones were brought. It could be nice to have some international TV channels.

Horrible place, the low price is still too high, not worth even EUR 10.

The reception people were very polite even though the hotel was a nightmare.

To begin with I was given a room, which stank cigarettes. It stank so badly that I got a headache within the first hour. It was in the 6th floor. In the hotel there is only 1 lift. I waited 15 minutes for the lift, as it is mainly used by cleaning-staff and their oversized trolleys with cleaning staff and bed sheets. Finally I took the stairs. So did other people. Everybody was complaining.
