Under sink smell. Stained bedding, NOT acceptable. Needs painting/refreshing. TV picture bad. General cleanliness was bad, grubby, sticky. One of bedroom windows broken. Lock to front door of apartment broken. Won't stay here again!

Family friendly location, easy to book and helpful hosts.

The location was good, within walking distance of beach, shops, pubs etc. Off road parking outside the property. Spacious rooms.

Windows and ventilation - need some attention. Only four dining chairs for an apartment that caters for six. There was plenty of room to put additional chairs in the bedrooms.

We liked the property & it was near the beach. However the third bedroom was not suitable. There was no window so no air flow. Also no plug point near the bed head so you couldn’t read in bed.

Great location, plenty of parking, hosts very helpful. Lots of space in the apartment. Bedrooms really well set up.

Not enough crockery, only two bowls we could find, nothing for making coffee. Rooms far too warm.

Loved the space & location of the property. Was close to local shops, restaurants & great transport links within walking distance.

There was a lingering smell of stale cigarettes throughout the apartment & I wasn’t aware that there was a railway line so close to the property. It was fairly noisy at night.

Location great and very convenient for pleasure beach.

Key box had 2 different codes sent so we spent along time trying to get in.. then rang for help and no one answered.

Great location for seaside, shops and restaurants, huge apartment, quiet location,

Few too many cobwebs No WIFI (but we were aware of this) Beds not as comfy as they looked (but personal choice) Some windows were difficult to close Requested further information via email before our stay but didn't receive any response (could be more an issue with booking.com than the actual owners)...

Location right in the middle of everything, huge apartment 3 bedrooms and settee turns into a bed,

Beds seemed comfy when we sat on them but i think they might be spring mattresses I'd prefer memory foam

Great at the right price.

Located very centrally, great to get to shops and seafront. We were there mid February, and the flat was nice and warm. Good size rooms, and it is bright with good natural light in living room. Nice size kitchen, with most necessaries. Bathroom and kitchen appear to have been recently refurbished, so they are in good condition. Other bits are a bit scruffy, but nothing serious. I would remind others there is no internet, which I did not notice in the description (but it is there). If you are used to using wifi for connecting with friends and family ensure you have enough data available on mobile devices. If you are used to streaming TV, it is not likely to work unless you can use 5G.

There are one or two small niggles, which will feedback direct to landlord for rectifying, but won’t include here, as I am sure they will be sorted before others use the flat. Nothing major, though!
