Nice apartment, communication was great with host they even had the main essentials such as milk etc left for us which I thought was very nice gesture. Nice area and close to the main part of the village, clean and comfortable.

Lovely apartment very nice clean modern. Beds super fresh with beautiful bed linen. Milk biscuits teabags Coffee. Everything you need. Superb location. Would highly recommend.

Good location for our travel needs, easy walking around the town. Apartment was clean.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, needs a little thicker mattress. Bedroom & bathroom were small, no place to set luggage down.

Central location, super spot to stay in Cootehill. Modern, clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great communication with owner, who accommodated early check-in which was most appreciated. Delighted with the property, very central to Cootehill and easy to find. Thanks to detailed directions and key box description, we got settled in easily and extremely happy with the property. Clean, modern, warm with plenty of room for two couples or more as there is additional sofa bed in the living room. Strong power shower in airy bathroom a very welcome addition. Ronan had left us teas and coffees, and extras in the fridge which we hadn't expected at all and was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend for anyone staying for event at the Errigal Hotel, within easy reach just a short taxi ride away. We had breakfast and lunch at Sean's Diner on the main street in Cootehill, a must-visit. Lovely staff, homemade food with modern twist, all great value and such a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to returning to Cootehill in future.

Comfortable, warm apartment right off the main street yet quiet. Ideal for wedding attendance.

Ronan was a great and informative host who made our stay easy and welcome. We were attending a wedding in the Errigal hotel and decided to stay in the town. The hotel is a 5 minute drive away, and the hotel runs taxis and coaches at the end of the night which made the apartment location ideal for the night and the morning. I would recommend the Side Street Cafe for breakfast the next day!
