Piazza Maggiore Luxury Apartment

Absolutely perfect location on Piazza Maggiore. Great little bar across the way, maybe 5 steps to the Piazza. Spacious, well-kept apartment. New windows, so zero street noise. Elevator to the 1st floor apartment (ground floor is always 0 in Europe) or easy to climb wide stairs. Wifi was strong throughout the apartment. Neighbors were quiet and courteous. Host was very responsive on Whatsapp.

One bath was missing a toilet set (seat on backorder per the host). Not dislikes, just some quirks: one bath has a tub with a hand sprayer instead of traditional shower, a/c was a bit noisy and don't expect ice cold air. Clothes washer/Dryer combo doesn't dry clothes well, but a drying rack was available.

For a group like mine, which was a range of ages and interests, this place felt like the perfect getaway to relax and recollect after an eventful day. The space is easy to find, with stair and lift access, gorgeously lavish, and immediately welcoming in nature. Our host, Davide, was always reachable for questions and concerns, and gave us great recommendations in how to improve our stay. The view alone from the windows is worth the price of booking alone; a prime location among the people of the old town center :)

Check-in is automated, done by prior communication with the host, who sends a link for remote activation the first time to recover the keys from a lock box. While this wasn't a problem for me, someone who is lacking data or tech-savvy skills may find getting in challenging unless other arrangements are made.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment in hervorragender zentraler Lage, nur etwa 100 m vom Neptunbrunnen entfernt. Dadurch konnten wir Bologna bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert, auch wenn wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt hatten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das Badezimmer: Beim Duschen stand leider der komplette Fußboden unter Wasser, sodass wir mit Handtüchern trocknen mussten. Wenn dieses Problem behoben wird, wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt.
