The size and layout of the property. The big kitchen. The hot tub. The games room. The location.
The bed in the attic was lumpy. The aga is difficult to use.

Great location for us. We enjoyed the games room, grounds and that it was close to the farm which the children loved to see the cows.
The only downside was the water pressure.

Tinkers Folly is absolutely Superb! A great size for a large family of varied age ranges and everyone loved the Hot Tub and the Games room. The gardens are well maintained making it a great area both indoors and outside.
The host was very helpful without being intrusive and it’s in a great rural location close to Harrogate, Ripon and Pateley Bridge.
Highly recommend, 10/10 from us!
