About this house rental

Newly renovated 2 BR boho-style duplex home with large ocean view deck, high vaulted ceilings, and big backyard shaded by bamboo and palm trees. Front bedroom has an ocean view and master bedroom has large glass slider doors with garden view. A big feature of Hope House is the glass-railing deck, especially at sunset! Perfect place for a family beach vacation, surf trip, girl's weekend, or creative retreat. Includes BBQ, laundry, parking, high speed fiber cable WiFi, New 50" Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime.

Good stay, property as described. FYI for future renters, construction is underway next door starting at 7am weekdays. We were up by 7 daily so were ok, but would be difficult to sleep in while underway.

Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and well equipped. Location was great for my needs doing last minute holiday shopping and visiting family nearby. Walked to a pickle ball facility. Had an issue with the door code when I arrived and it was resolved within minutes. Nice view. Off street parking was a plus. I'd stay here again.

Joel and Cindy‘s home is wonderful. The enclosed backyard was private and allowed our pooch to feel extra comfortable. The sunsets and views of the ocean are incredible. We were very comfortable.
