This is the perfect choice for either a vacation rental or for a long-term stay. Located in the City of Encinitas, just 2 miles from Rancho Santa Fe with the estates of celebrities and CEO's, and just 5 miles to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. LEGOLAND is 15 minutes and world-class San Diego is 20 minutes away. Going north, Disneyland is 75 minutes and Los Angeles about 1 1/2 hours. This very comfortable home features 3 bedrooms, with the queen-bed master bedroom enjoying direct sliding glass door access to the private backyard and patio. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds to accommodate families or groups of all sizes.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you prepare many of your meals when not dining at the many award-winning restaurants in the area. You will enjoy the secluded backyard and patio as you dine in SoCal's near perfect, year-round weather.
