LEGOLAND is 15 minutes and world-class San Diego is 20 minutes away. Going north, Disneyland is 75 minutes and Los Angeles about 1 1/2 hours. This very comfortable home features 3 bedrooms, with the queen-bed master bedroom enjoying direct sliding glass door access to the private backyard and patio. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds to accommodate families or groups of all sizes.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you prepare many of your meals when not dining at the many award-winning restaurants in the area. You will enjoy the secluded backyard and patio as you dine in SoCal's near perfect, year-round weather. We rented John's property for a little over a month to help with a long commute and it was perfect for what we needed. Neighborhood was walkable, quiet and friendly. John was super responsive and easy to reach when needed. The backyard was so peaceful with all the birds!

Didn't realize no air conditioning, beastly hot move-in for two days. 1960s/70s bathrooms. kitchen appliances good but very cramped space. will not return to this location.
