Fantastic, 1 bedroom/1.5 bath cottage with charming private yard, outdoor shower and deck. You want beach living in funky Leucadia in a stand alone home of your own with all the comforts of a furnished high tech home with office nook to work and play from then this is your place! Sleeps 4 on comfy beds (queen in bedroom and queen luxury sofa bed in living room). Assigned parking spot just across from the cottage, great development walking distance to everything the area has to offer like beaches, great restaurants and shops. Feel like a local for 30 days or more. Small pets will be welcome with prior approval and an additional monthly fee. Reach out with your date requests. In 2024 we stayed in the same development but were not happy with the property itself. The location is beyond perfect. You are less then a mile from Carlsbed Beach and a 5 minute walk to Grandview Beach. The entrance to the development has a famous donut shop seconds away and is a perfect place for coffee and donuts and a light breakfast. The house itself is so adorable and has air conditioning and heat, a new washer and dryer and one of the most comfortable beds I have had for a vacation rental. My favorite is a great sized Television. They also provide you with all the kitchen utensils you will need. The patio is adorable and very lush. I also love we can bring our dogs. The owners are so gracious and go beyond to answer and questions and just simply are great people. There is a ralphs supermarket less then 2 miles away in carlsbed and has a great little italian take out and a starbucks and much more. You are literally on the coast highway and there is so much to do. Take advantage of this hidden gem.keith and gretchen
