About this apartment rental
This newly remodeled home is close to the beach, dining and nightlife. It is very clean, private and has everything you will need. The garage stores all the included beach gear you will need to become one of the locals.
Home includes:
- Private Entrance
- 2 queen beds and pull out couch
- Full Kitchen
- 6 seat dining table
- Private washer and dryer
- Cable, WiFi, Smart TV's, etc.
- 2 quaint patios
- Outdoor shower
- Propane BBQ Grill
- Charcoal Weber BBQ Grill
- Outdoor seating
- Boogie board and surf board
- Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach/park blanket, beach towels etc.
- Baby gear available if needed
The beach, downtown Encinitas, train station, wholefoods, farmers market (Sunday and Wednesday) are both a short walk away.
You will have access to the entire apartment, upstairs patio, downstairs patio and 1 car garage. There is also free street parking at the end of the driveway. The parking is first come first serve. The apartment is on the second story, up a flight of stairs.
For longer stays, we may require a cleaning every 10 days at a reduced rate.

Check in information was provided 30 minutes after check-in time. We had to reach VBRO to contact owner because they were not returning our calls or messages.
After we got into property we noted ants in kitchen and living room. Large amounts - we sent the owner a video and the response was something like ants come out once a year?!
The front door would not lock/unlock the first time we tried leaving the property. We had to call the owner again.
The description said nothing about the train being so close to the property.
The property is dated and the floor and baseboards look dirty.
This was not a pleasant stay. We have used VBRO before but this was not a good experience
