AMAZING LOCATION. We loved staying here due to the location. Easy walks to everything, but in a nice and homey part of Florence. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and the location was very clean when we arrived. Staff was very communicative during the stay and helpful with AC issues.
The temperature inside the apartment never got below 25.6° C, even though they said the AC was fixed and running. We didn’t know if this was just our user error, or if the AC just worked differently than we are used to but it was a little warm in the apartment the whole stay. However, staff was very responsive and communicative about this issue!
