Absolutely superb communication and amazing location. Everything was clear and Alessandra responded quickly to all enquiries. The apartment has great facilities and is located within walking distance of all the beautiful galleries, museums and sites that we wanted to see!
As for many European apartments in the historic areas - you have to carry your [heavy] bags up flights of stairs. This apartment isn't too bad in that respect. One long flight, one short flight and then just four stairs. It was worth it, but always my least favourite thing with suitcases.

Great location, lovely house with all necessary amenities. Would love to visit again!
Like most old buildings in Italy, there are no elevators, only stairs to reach the second floor.
