Me gustó todo,super limpio, cómodo, pudimos llegar caminando a cualquier sitio, fueron muy amables y llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas, sin duda alguna si vuelvo a florencia volvería a quedarme aquí

Que no tiene elevador pero no es problema ya que nos sirve de ejercicio

Location is perfect - very close to all objectives in the city center and very convenient. Bus station just across the street if you wanna reach it from the train station. Property is modern looking and has all utilities needed. Storing places are very well thought so you can put luggage, clothes and you still have space.

No elevator Hot water comes through electric heater (limited size) - 2 people can run out of hot water if they spend too much time under hot water. Bathroom shower faucet not working correctly

Everything about the apartment was great, service staff was also excellent!

The three flights of stairs was a little difficult with two heavy suitcases, but that was only on the first and last day. The only real drawback on the property was the proximity to the square where loud partying went on until the early morning hours, mostly on weekends, but also some week nights.

View from the balcony was beautiful. Beds were comfortable.

The parking situation is horrible. Spent too long trying to figure out where to park only to be told it would be an additional fee to park in the garage by valet. Then it took an hour to be taken to our apartment. The host needed to verify our passport information but the website was not working properly so I spent another 30 minutes or so trying to enter it. Finally made arrangements for someone to meet me at the apartment so he could take pictures of our passports. By the time we got to the room it was well past midnight. It was very unorganized.
