Excellent location to the major attractions. Since itvis so popular, it is also in a busy area with pub and club... the appartment can be much improved with better soud proof around the window in the bedroom where the club noise penetrates. While there is a washer chine, which I greatly appreciate. There is no drying line. Kitchen is quite well equipped with pots and pans, plates and bowls, even spatula but surprisingly there is no sight of fork, knif or spoon.I cut my apple with the spatula. The pull-out sofa bed is autodeployed even we are just sitting on it. The floor board around the patio door was water-damaged. Wish it had been repaired properly. I almost sprang my ankle.

Can't imagine staying anywhere else and plan to stay there next time! 5 min scooter to anywhere. In April, didn't even need to turn on A/C. Staff always available on WhatsApp. Very clean. Laundry is a life saver on 2 week trip.

Excellent place to stay. Best location I have ever had on a vacation to a major city! So close to everything. Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back and stay again one day!

Our stay at Sant Ambrogio was really great! The location couldn’t have been better. The Duomo was a 3-4 minute walk. Around the corner was a small piazza with lots of restaurants, shopping and the cooking class we had booked! There was Plenty of space and the terrace was wonderful. Irene and her staff were amazing! The shower drained very slow and Irene reaponded immediately with 2 separate repair people to resolve the issue. We were in Florence during the hottest week and were so grateful for the perfect a/c! The only issue was the unexpected 4 flights of steps! It was tough, but we survived! This is a great place to stay if you like to be in the center of it all!
