Premier constat... une vue incroyable. Vue sur l'Isère, les montagnes alentours et surtout la Bastille. Petit appartement avec cuisine et salle de bain équipée, une télévision pour les journées cocooning. Positionnement dans l'ancienne ville et peut sembler assez excentré mais la ville est assez bien desservie niveau transport. Sinon, il y a largement de quoi faire dans les alentours de l'appartement. Bar... monument... musée... boutique... etc. Petite mention à l'oeuvre "street art" dans la chambre, Agréable visuellement et vraiment très classe.
Je ne suis pas resté suffisamment longtemps pour avoir relevé des éléments vraiment critiquables. Je n'ai malheureusement rien à redire à mon séjour si ce n'est peut-être l'aspect vieillot du bâtiment.

Le fait d’être proche de tout, notamment de la gare de Grenoble, est un vrai atout. Rien à dire, l’appartement est très bien situé. L’hôte est également très réactive et les explications pour trouver l’appartement étaient claires. Rien à redire.
Le sol n’était malheureusement pas propre, et le matelas avait beaucoup de taches.
