Cozy place in the city center right next to the hill. I loved staying in iliade 2. The facilities are very good. The Ac is life saving in the heat of Grenoble. The price is too good with respect to the facilities. I dare to say, among all the places in Grenoble (in this range of expense), I had the best experience. :)

Le logement était bien placé. La climatisation était un plus.
La proximité avec la route. Ça a engendré beaucoup de bruits par moments. Les voisins étrangers qui font beaucoup de bruit.

Cleanliness, proximity to public transportation, all the amenities. The host even allowed for early check-in on the spot, which he wasn’t obliged to do. Overall very nice.

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. The building is very old, with poor walls and sound insulation, so every noise from neighboring apartments (conversations, movement) can be heard. The noise from other apartments was constant, making it impossible to sleep. I would only recommend this accommodation to guests who are not sensitive to noise.
