Отличное расположение - центр города, рядом множество магазинов, любой транспорт, до вокзала 15 минут прогулочным шагом.
Небольшая, но очень уютная студия. Есть все для краткосрочного пребывания.
С удовольствием остановимся в следующий раз
Если говорить о нюансах, то это узкая и крутая винтовая лестница на 5-й этаж. Людям с ограниченной подвижностью мало подойдет. Но для молодежи не проблема

The location is good, flat is OK.
1. I never got a reply from the agency to any of my attempts at contacting them on Booking.com. Only calling worked.
2. When I asked to get a mid-season blanket (in May) instead of the big winter one, I was told that people in Grenoble used either winter blanket or no blanket (i.e., nonsense).
4. AC might be a bit weak and adds noise.
3. The smell of fish in the stairs to access the property.
