Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Simrin Arcade—clean room, peaceful and safe , and a convenient location. Big thanks to Rony for being so helpful and making sure everything went smoothly. His support really made a difference!

Location.

1. We (4 of us) had booked a 3-bedroom apartment. Upon arrival we were told there was a miscommunication, and no 3 bedroom is available. Reception desk staff showed us reservation for a single room and said 4 people cannot be accommodated there. When you arrive from another state with family this is not a good thing to hear. 2. They advised us to cancel our 3-bedroom apartment reservation so that they can allocate two rooms to accommodate 4 of us. Other option was to shift us to another property which was far away. 3. We agreed to option-1. We were given 2 rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment, 1 room of which they had already allocated to another guest. 4. One of the rooms was very small, while other one was of decent size. 5. Sheets were clean but had stains all over and cigarette butt burns on one of them. 6. No toilet rolls are provided. When requested for the same, staff mentioned that they don't provide toilet rolls. 7. Had to request multiple times for additional towels and bathing soap bars. 8. The reception staff allowed us to keep one room for few hours beyond normal checkout time (till we return from an even) at a rate of Rs 100 per hour.
