Anoop was warm and welcoming, he was very courteous and professional. Had no issues at this stay.

Water purifier/can should be on every floor. Need to go to the terrace to fill your water bottles.

Very friendly staff and owner. We felt very comfortable and at home. We had an important meeting (online) and they really went out of their way to help us setup. Breakfast was incredible. Loved meeting the 1-legged crow, Joe. We leave with good memories.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Majestic Grand Madurai while travelling the south of india - we are from the east of England - UK. Hotel is clean and well presented- nice clean room - comfortable mattress- warm shower with good pressure - good internet / wifi - all the staff so friendly and humble and utterly helpful. We are taking the night bus to Pondicherry tonight and what a challenge to locate the pick up point- so the staff on the front desk did not hesitate for a moment they looked up the details with us called the bus company- advised best stop to go to - explained where was best and safest to get the bus … and Mohan the General Manager allowed us to stay at the hotel till the time we had to go to grab the bus to make our stay comfortable. I do not expect to get this level of kindness in Europe too easily - oh and the 1st morning they called us in the room on the phone to say breakfast was ready and they did not want us to miss it. To the manager of this hotel - you have a wonderful team - even the cleaners holds the lift for you with a smile - the security guard in the carpark seemed happy to see us on our return- good job to all of you! Thanks again! .. UPDATE - As we left the hotel in a bit of a hurry to get the bus .. I forgot our phone and laptop charger in the room. I realised this when arriving at the bus stand. A quick call to the hotel and 12 minutes later and charger in my hand - personally delivered by one of the hotel team. Now thats what I call amazing service

This is our second stay at this homestay and it was still just as great as the first time. Very clean, good beds, perfect room for a family. Great location and great host. Read my previous review (from 6 weeks ago) for more details.
