Kochi Bella Villa

The best thing about this place is the staff Shan is so helpful and caring. He organised a car for us to our Houseboat and then up to Kumily. He gave us lots of good advice about what to do in Kochi as well. You will be well looked after off if you book this accomodation.

The room was a bit basic but everything else was great

Very helpful staff and manager

Nothing

Our stay at Kochi Bella Villa was such a lovely experience. The location is very convenient, right at a central junction but away from the busy tourist streets, so it felt like a nice balance between being accessible and having a comfortable space to come back to. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we especially enjoyed having the common areas to sit, relax and cook. But what stood out the most for me was the warmth of the people. Shan bhai and Shahid made us feel so welcome from the beginning. Since it was our first time in Kochi, it was really reassuring to have someone around who was so approachable and happy to help. Shan bhai was incredibly thoughtful and went out of his way for us on multiple occasions. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants everyone staying there to have a good experience. His warmth and willingness to accommodate everyone’s requests really made the stay feel personal rather than just like a hotel stay. We left with a really positive feeling about Kochi, and a big part of that was because of the people we met here. Would happily stay at Kochi Bella Villa again!

Location of the property is good. Hot water was continuous. No complaints about staff.

Very small room. AC not much cooling. Small cupboard (if one can call it). No hangers. Limited choice of breakfast (bought from a restaurant nearby)
