הייתה לנו חוויה יוצאת דופן ב-Bella Villa!
שאן, בעל המקום, הוא אדם עם לב זהב. הגענו ללא תוכניות מסודרות, והוא דאג לנו לכל פרט קטן מהרגע הראשון. הוא סייע לנו לתכנן את הימים, ארגן עבורנו את כל מה שהיינו צריכים, וליווה אותנו בהמלצות ובתיאומים לאטרקציות השונות.
מעבר לכך, הוא היה זמין עבורנו בכל שעה, תמיד עם חיוך, סבלנות ורצון אמיתי לעזור. הרגשנו שאנחנו בידיים הכי טובות שיש. בנוסף, הוא פינק אותנו בכל בוקר בארוחת בוקר מצוינת, טרייה ומושקעת, שהפכה את השהות שלנו למיוחדת עוד יותר.
האירוח היה מעל ומעבר לכל ציפייה, ואנחנו ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום עם יחס אישי, חם ואכפתי. תודה רבה לשאן על חופשה בלתי נשכחת!

Helpful host. Great breakfast included. Simple but enough to start the day. Great location .

Location of the property is good.
Hot water was continuous.
No complaints about staff.
Very small room. AC not much cooling. Small cupboard (if one can call it). No hangers.
Limited choice of breakfast (bought from a restaurant nearby)
