Not my first stay, and certainly not my last either!
The location is perfect; within a short walk of the Grote Markt and convenient for all the main restaurants etc. Free parking just around the corner, with EV charging too which is a bonus. This parking is in sight of the Prison so is pretty secure too. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and quiet.
There's nothing to dislike about De Galerie; excellent communication with the owner makes check-in very simple, it has all that is required and is perfect for travellers.

Very central and close to what we needed. The owner Doriane is delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was very pleasant.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic, clean, pleasant space and Dorine is absolutely lovely. The location is very central and easy to get to Menin Gate. The room is airy and quiet and the shared bathroom is clean. There is only one other room at the property so it’s very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights and wanted to extend my stay but the accommodation was already booked 😥
Huge comfortable room and very quiet. TIP: If you have a deadline, make sure you allow plenty of time to use the share facilities! Don’t blame these for being late!
A ceiling fan or even a general standard fan would have been helpful as the weather was very warm.
