Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience.

Great spot in a great location. Owners had excellent communication. Enjoyed walking into the door and being greeted by their sweet cats.
