The property was excellent and perfect for getting to a Red Rocks concert. Also, it was within walking distance of the Light Rail to both Denver and Golden. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and many extras including coffee, tea, sweeteners, honey and spices. The bathrooms were also stocked with plenty of towels and paper products. The location worked well for us. We went to Ft.Collins, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs (Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods) and Red Rocks. The check in was super easy, there was great communication from the owner and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was great for our group of 4. 2 large bedrooms and open kitchen/living room/dining area to hang out. Everything was clean and in great shape with easy parking. ( outside space and garage for the unit) Easy drive to Red Rocks ( for concert) and owner was very responsive to our specific questions. Would stay there again.

Traveled to Colorado with my wife and parents who were visiting for the first time. We originally chose this location due to its close proximity to Red Rock Amphitheatre, but the location was perfect and allowed us to take day trips to Rocky Mountain National park and Breckenridge as well! The house had a very well stocked kitchen and we loved the shampoo and body wash that was provided. Overall, we had a great stay and wonderful trip!

Nice property. Lots of stairs. Right between Colfax and train station. Quiet neighborhood even with a fair amount of homeless people walking back and forth. We felt safe inside but would not do much walking around outside.

The house was as advertised, it was disappointing the cable tv in the main living room was not working. Needed to have the property manager to add the app so I could use my on line subscription to watch tv. The home was very quiet and comfortable and would recommend it. I’m sure the cable tv is being fixed.

My son and I were in town to visit colleges, needed to stay around this area, and having never been to town we were stabbing in the dark. This place was outstanding. It was clean like it almost had never even been stayed in! The beds were super comfortable and it had every lovely accommodation. We will be making this a regular for us when we come back! The townhome was very clean with large rooms and tall ceilings. It was a bonus to have a connected garage. The location was convenient to downtown, highland, highway access, bars and restaurants. It was an hour away from Fort Collins which was a great day trip. It’s 15 minutes away from Golden and Red Rocks. It was a short walk to the Garrison light rail which we took to the Broncos vs Vikings football game. Our group would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Our group enjoyed staying here in September of 2023. Very light rail is close by and Uber to downtown is not long or expensive. The property was very clean. All appliances worked, TV's were easy to navigate and the internet was speedy. We would stay again!

Overall the place is great! Only suggestions are to have more than 1 dish towel made available as well as a clean unpackaged sponge to wash dishes. The neighborhood where the townhome is very pleasant and quiet. Close to many of the outdoor activities.

The property is as described in listing. It worked perfect for our family of 4. Located within 15 mins of Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, easy freeway access to Rocky Mountain National Park!! A few things. Place is nice. Needs lamps in living room to read, pens and pads of paper. A coffee pot that does k kups or leave the pods it does take, 2nd bedroom hasnt got a shower liner. The lights on 2nd floor ALL need dimmers. Also, as a vrob owner myself there is a largely missed opportunity on your listing. The Sun and moon both rise dead center of the balcony ✨️ This alone would rent it. We loved it but you need a few things for 5 star. :) 😀
