Our place is super nice and cozy. It has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and feel right at home.
Our guest love the location. It is centrally located, close to downtown and the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Walk across the street to Starbucks along with other restaurants, Planet Fitness, Sprouts (a natural grocery store), liquor store and more! Along with being less than a mile to Belmar Shopping District- that has Target, Whole Foods, a movie theatre, restaurants, shops and more...

Cons: It is extremely loud at all hours because the property is located on a busy road. It feels pretty dishonest to leave that out of the description. In order to sleep every night, I had to put in earbuds to listen to sleep music to drown out the noise. The dishes appeared to be unwashed as they were dirty - I stopped checking after the first two. The fitted bed sheet was pilling and uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels were all slightly damp. One of the exterior photos shows a different unit, which makes it look like the unit isn’t directly on the busy street. It was nice that they provided snacks but they expired a month ago. The shower handle was semi-broken and difficult to turn on/offPros: it was close to Red Rocks, there was a full length mirror as well as a smart TVIt was okay for a short trip but I would not recommend this property nor would I return
