Your approximately 40-square-meter serviced apartment on the 2nd floor features a clever, maisonette-style layout. Right past the entrance, you’ll find the kitchenette with a dining area as well as the very spacious, modern bathroom. The beautiful spiral staircase leads you to the cozy living and sleeping area. The building also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for free use.
The comfortable amenities in your apartment include:

This comfortable city apartment building at the Postgalerie was opened as the second apartment building of Hotel & Living Am Wartturm. It’s located between the Postgalerie shopping center and the pedestrian zone. Numerous shopping options, attractions such as Speyer Cathedral, and a wide selection of restaurants are located in the neighborhood.
The apartment building features four unique and modern apartments, some with a small balcony or a duplex layout. Each of our apartments is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic cooktop. In each of the four apartments, which range in size from 26 to 60 m², you’ll also find a spacious and bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, a desk and dining table, a portable air conditioner, smart Internet TV (apps for streaming services pre-installed), free high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s), and a private doorbell system (which can be turned off).



On-site costs: Your stay in the serviced apartments includes the following services once a week: apartment cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dishwashing service, towel change, and bed linen change. In addition, the final cleaning is already included in the price. Prices are per night in EUR and include sales tax, satellite TV, internet access via LAN/Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, dish towels, electricity, heating, hot water, operating costs, and the weekly services listed above. You can choose to prepare your own meals in your apartment, dine at nearby breakfast cafés, or enjoy the breakfast buffet in the main building (Hotel Am Wartturm) at a special rate (children up to age 6 are invited to breakfast). You’ll find affordable parking in a nearby parking garage (we can provide discounted parking rates with savings of up to 50%). Additional services for a fee: grocery shopping service, laundry service, bike rental, use of the fitness and wellness center Note: For every stay, a security deposit (credit card guarantee or cash) of EUR 250 is required; for stays of 28 nights or more, the deposit is EUR 500. We reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of at least EUR 100 if the kitchen is heavily soiled upon checkout.
