Perfect location , not a pet friendly

It was very beautiful location nearby Lille , clean and it has everything needed. The only thing is not really pet friendly. We found urchin In the garden, which didn’t allow us to let our dogs play in there. Although I sent a msg to the owner before check in to make sure the garden is clean for the dogs. But unfortunately it wasn’t.

Beau potentiel, mais trop de négligences

La maison est spacieuse, agréable à vivre et bien située dans un endroit calme, ce qui permet de se reposer en toute tranquillité. L’environnement extérieur est paisible, parfait pour un séjour en famille.

Je suis déçue de cette location qui ne correspondait pas à la description. Avant notre arrivée, l’hôte m’avait contactée pour connaître le nombre de personnes. J’ai précisé que nous serions 3 adultes et 1 enfant d’un an et demi. En réponse, seules 3 serviettes ont été mises à disposition, car selon elle, le séjour de l’enfant étant gratuit, aucune serviette ne lui était due. Cela me semble inadapté, surtout pour un jeune enfant. La plaque de cuisson était en sécurité, donc inutilisable sans explication. Il aurait été utile de le signaler à l’avance, car cela a compliqué la préparation des repas, notamment pour mon petit-fils. À notre arrivée, j’ai dû envoyer plusieurs messages à l’hôte face à la stupéfaction de découvrir plusieurs éléments cassés ou abîmés : • Un pied de table endommagé, qu’elle savait déjà, • Le réfrigérateur, dont les compartiments de porte étaient tenus par du scotch, • Des verres et tasses cassés dans les placards, • Une cafetière qui fuit, • Et une chaise cassée. Quand je lui ai signalé ce dernier point, l’hôte m’a simplement répondu que, comme nous étions trois, il restait suffisamment de chaises pour le séjour — ce que je trouve déplacé. Enfin, la literie était très inconfortable, non pas sale mais clairement défectueuse, avec des matelas et sommiers usés. Plusieurs équipements annoncés comme disponibles étaient absents ou en mauvais état. Le logement mériterait une réelle remise en état pour répondre aux attentes des voyageurs et aux standards de Booking.

Ravi du séjour et de la maison tres fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes.

pièce à vivre spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Emplacement calme. Nous n'étions dans la villa que pour dormir et pour le petit déjeuner. La journée nous étions à Loos pour le championnat de France UGSEL de basket et nous mangions midi et soir sur le site du lycée qui nous accueillait. Nous n'avons donc pas du tout utilisé la cuisine.

Facilité pour accéder à la location via un coffre à clés. Emplacement très bien situé par rapport à un lieu de rendez-vous pour une fête familiale (la villa nous a juste servi pour dormir le temps d'une nuit) Hôte très souple sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Toilettes pratiquement bouchés au rez-de-chaussée. Ménage pas top... Sommiers endommagés pour certains lits.

Scarsa pulizia e scarsa attenzione del proprietario ai propri ospiti: abbiamo segalato il malfunzionamento di una toilette ma purtroppo siamo rimasti per tutto il soggiorno (di otto giorni) in otto con un solo WC. Poca la biancheria a disposizione in rapporto al numero di ospiti e di giorni (solo un asciugamano grande per letto).
