upon arrival was told my stay was cancelled and i was supposed to receive a refund i can see this has not been done and they took my money left me stranded at night having to pay extra for a one night in a different hotel

You get what you pay for and in the sense this is 5 star hotel.

Cheap and because of this place is quite shabby and worn in areas. Can be noisy and there is a musty smell here. Only has one working light in the room and one PowerPoint

This place is the definition of ‘tired’. Faded, threadbare carpets, holes in the plaster and many of the lights don’t work. There is a pervasive smell of stale cigarette smoke which almost masks the stench of blocked drains and mice, but not quite. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I gave it a swerve. But it is cheap and the bedding seemed to be clean.

The experience was horrible, the place is disgusting, very dirty, the smell on the place wad disgusting and I paid for two nights, and on the second night I went out for dinner and when back to de place around 11:30pm the front gate for the car was close and the door key didn’t open or work no body was there to attend or help so I have to take the car and go to another hotel to pay for another room horrible experience no recommend and the place should no be promoted that’s no a hotel that’s a place for homeless people to refuge

Worst stay of my life! It was full of drug users (taking drugs at the entrance), it stank, it was dirty, there were blood stains, the alarm for smoking went off so so many times the fire guard had to come, my key stopped working, etc. Dangerous area, dangerous people and horrible place to be. Never ever again.

If you're English like me, there's no kettle in the room to make hot drinks. There was a dispensing machine in the lobby but it was broken on my visit. It's cheap and cheerful, 2 minutes off the ring road, subway station is 10 mins walk away to city centre. And a Lidl literally over the road.

Despite being a non-smoking room there was a stale cigarette smell persostent in the room. The wash basin tap sprayed water everywhere because it didnt appear to have a diffuser on it.

This was for one night on a long road trip, it was awful. The place stank of people smoking weed, stains everywhere, broken lights, miniature bathroom, noisy people, and the smoke alarms went off at 6am. The only redeeming feature was the staff were ok.

Just stayed one night here for the Rugby and only slept here. It was a clean spacious room and reception let me check in to my room at 1pm. It is ten minute walk to the metro station and Lidl’s is opposite.

It’s a budget hotel in a good location on outskirts of Lille with easy access to the main roads and a short walk 5- 7 minutes to metro which takes you into the Center . It’s a little dated and a tad tired could do with a deeper clean . Breakfast was adequate to get you started

The property has obviously seen better days, probably a decade or so ago, but if you just want a bed for the night and look passed the tattyness it does a job (and was available and cheap). Shares a site with Comfort Hotel (which looks a much better standard but probably priced as such) and the manager next door recommended not to catch a late metro back as "the subway can be a little rough" (and I'm a 6ft 5 bloke). Don't go there on a honeymoon.

As a family we stopped there only for one night. Pension looks on pictures clean,but in real isn't. Pension smells awful.. It was big disappointment for me..

The motel is of a budget nature, but proved adequate and comfortable for an overnight stop. The building is a little 'tired' looking and a lick of paint would not go amiss on the inside. The bed was comfortable enough and the room larger than some other motel chains are. It is not spotlessly clean and a bit of TLC would also improve the appearance. Overall though, it sufficed as a stopover on route, and was at a good price. Cheap but adequate.

Very convenient situation for shopping centre and main road connexions. Secure parking. Staff pleasant and helpful. Everything else was very poor, regardless of the low room rate. 1. Fire safety instructions were missing from the room door. 2. TV remote was missing. 3. Key had to be re-coded as it did not work a second time. 4. Toilet flush cover missing. 5. Hole in bathroom door. 6. Top of window was stuffed with tissues. 7. Ring pull for blind was unreachable due to a fixed desk being in the way. 8. Bathroom tap had no water pressure.

It was cheap and convenient. The room had everything needed for a short stay, including, surprisingly, towels. However, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the back of the radiator was smeared with something very unpleasant and the loo paper dispenser was sited under the sink and awkard to reach.

Receptionist was helpful and provided extra pillow. Located close to retail park with lots of restaurants/amusement. Apart from that, the room was very small, you couldnt open the door fully without pushing the bed. The toilet didnt work properly. And in the morning there was a power cut! Not a great experience overall.
