La gentillesse des hôtes, la propreté de la maison, l’emplacement très pratique au pied du métro, les toilettes et la salle de bain privés alors que le logement est partagé avec les hôtes, la réactivité par messages, la possibilité de garer la voiture sur place… Bref tout.
