A convenient stopover on the way to Calais

We were on-route to Calais therefore the location was very convenient for us. If one was to explore Lille, the property is not within a walking distance to the centre. We have enjoyed the personal welcome by hosts and their pets which was an added bonus for me since I’m a dogs and cats fun! The accommodations is a B&B style and our room was tucked away with private bathroom, but within the hosts living space. The car was securely packed on host’s private, gated drive. All in all we had a nice one night stopover.

Endroit parfait pour explorer Lille et sa région

Chambre d'hôtes située à 2 min à pied du métro. La chambre est calme, confortable, propre et décorée avec goût. Hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants. Je recommande vivement !

Chambre d'hôtes à éviter !

Hôtesse non impliquée. Environnement zone commerciale. Logement en bordure d'une voie rapide et bruyante. Propreté douteuse du couchage. Petit déjeuner de piètre qualité avec à nos pieds un vieux chien malade et malodorant. Le second matin l'hôtesse nous avait oublié ! Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt.

Méfiez-vous du portail !!!

La femme du couple de logeurs est très sympathique. (Le mari beaucoup moins...) En tout cas, elle s'est montrée très compréhensive après que leur portail ai explosé la porte arrière de ma voiture. Sinon, la chambre était très convenable et la salle de bain spacieuse.

Le portail sur rail à l'entrée de la maison s'est refermé violemment au passage de ma voiture. Verdict : les dégâts de carrosserie sont estimés à plus de 2000€. Tout va être pris en charge par mon assurance auto. Mais cela va me prendre du temps que j'aurais bien consacré à d'autres choses ! Les logeurs ne comptent pas mettre de sécurité pour éviter ce genre d'accident à l'avenir. Pas de capteur, de laser, rien. Donc faites très attention en passant leur portail ! Surtout si vous n'êtes pas assurés "tout risque" !

La difficulté de trouver l'endroit : un seul accès pour deux maisons; deux numéros de chaque côté de la barrière (et aussi sur les boîtes aux lettres) permettraient de clarifier la situation.

De gastvrijheid en bebulpzaamheid. Ze is vriendelijk en open niks was te gek.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Gastgeberin. Bad mit zwei Waschbecken!! Ausstattung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Tolles Frühstück. Die Vermieterin hat sich sichtlich gern mit uns unterhalten (Wir können ein wenig "Basisfranzösisch"). Sicherer Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Leider ist an der Strasse keine Hausnummer oder irgendein Hinweis auf die Wohnung. Ist direkt gegenüber von IKEA. Kein großer Mangel. aber da könnte man nachbessern.

Ικανοποιητικό δωμάτιο μέσα στο σπίτι τις ιδιοκτήτριας με ασφαλές πάρκινγκ

Καλή τοποθεσία με πάρκινγκ, οι ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ καλή και βοηθητική και ευγενική. Το πρωινό καλό αλλά απλό .Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και το μπάνιο μεγάλο και άνετο! Για ένα βράδυ είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο με μέσα κοντά αλλά και super market.

Το δωμάτιο είναι μέσα στο σπίτι της ιδιοκτήτριας πρέπει να περάσεις μέσα από το σαλόνι τους για να ανέβεις πάνω αλλά γενικά έχεις ιδιωτικότητα και δεν σε ενοχλούν καθόλου .

Recepção foi muito calorosa e atenciosa. A localização da residência é muito boa, ao lado do metrô. O café da manhã é caprichado.

Não tenho comentários negativos. Apenas uma sugestão de melhorar o endereço da localização (que está na avenida principal) e ressaltar que pelo mesmo portão, há acesso para 2 casas.

Fijne kamer op de eerste etage, badkamer en toilet op de gang. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, prima ontbijt. Lieve poezen en hond. Dicht bij de metro en bij een groot winkelcentrum.
