Wow what a place to stay in.

A Spectacular place to stay, so lovely, Clean, full of wonderful tech, I would say it was perfect in every way. The best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying throughout my whole life. Both of our Hosts who welcomed us and showed us around were fantastic. I cant recommend this property enough, and wish both hosts all the success they deserve with all thair commitent to making it a fabulous place to stay. We will hope to return soon.

A great place to stay with extra little touches

We all loved our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need with lots of extra touches. A real home from home. The owners are very friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer.

It would be nice to have an outside light at the front door as hard to see the path and where your stepping especially for older guests.

Scenic location, spacious, comfortable the excellent sound system! Fabulous hosts who have thought of all the finishing touches to enhance our stay. Loved the provision of essential items in the fridge! 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Perfect place to chill out and look at mountains

Absolutely spotless and fantastic attention to detail. We had views of mountains while we ate breakfast. Lots of facilities for recovering after climbing Snowdon, 2 Tv rooms with surround sound, comfy beds and huge bath. Owners are really friendly and only live next door if you have any queries. Already thinking about going back, but maybe miss out the climbing a mountain part

Amazing house in a beautiful, quiet location

This house is amazing! It is big (4 bedrooms) and has so much living space. It's very well equipped - the best kitchen I've ever stayed in. So many kind extras, too, that you just don't expect. Having a washer and drier was so useful - I got all our washing done and dried. Gordon was great in suggesting things to do in the area. A lovely little township, and so well positioned to visit Caernarfon, Snowdon, and to do the steam railway. A glorious few days; I was wishing it was longer!

The very worst thing is that after staying here, any other accommodation you move on to is a great let-down..... (The struggle is real!) I suggest making it the end point of any holiday :)

Fantastic house, very well furnished and comfortable. Loads of little extras that were very much appreciated. Gordon was great, ensuring we had everything we needed to settle in. Will definitely book again.

Ideal stay for visits to this part of Wales and different locations in the area like Anglesey and Snowdonia. The property was excellent with comfort, top of the range music system and TVs. Beautiful art styled furnishings throughout the property. Well stockedkitchen equipment. Really enjoyed the stay and would go back again.

The only thing was the drainage of the shower tray which we were already made aware of. Apart from that it was a perfect stay.

Fantastic boutique style luxuriously decorated. Everything you need and much more. Don't scroll past just book, you won't be disappointed. Fantastic views of the welsh mountains, ideally situated for day trips around Snowdonia. Great hosts very helpful and informative.

Amazing house, great host and a perfect location 5 stars!!!

It was a lovely house with everything you needed. I was impressed with the lighting and sound system throughout the house. The host was lovely and very helpful. A really nice pub with karaoke is at the end of the street, and the location is perfect for visiting different places in Wales. Just an amazing location and house.

Amazing and outstanding

Everything 😊👌 The host was a lovely man and he explained everything in great detail which was very helpful and appreciated. The host obviously takes great pride in his property and contents and rightly so because Bryn Derwen is by a country mile the best I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The tech,beds,furniture,fixtures and fittings,appliances in every single room are of the highest quality no expense has been spared. You will struggle to find a rental property that's in the same league and I score it 10/10 absolutely outstanding. Myself and daughter stayed for three nights and it's a perfect base for Mount Snowdon.

Everything. Could not ask for more right down to the minor details it was perfect. Great host in Gordon and Great location for walking with a little pub just minutes away. 👌

Very modern with all the equipment and gadgets you can think of. Very nice kitchen and living area. The pictures does not do this place justice.

Bedrooms could have been bigger (really nit-picking) but we only used two rooms so could keep some of our stuff in the other rooms.

A gem in the heart of Snowdonia

Everything was brilliant. Everything you could want from a cottage/home stay. The hosts were amazing and could not do enough for us (Thank you). House had absolutely everything you need and still feel completely at home. Location is excellent…Snowdon on your doorstep and Caernarfon a stones throw away in the other direction. If it’s available…You’d be mad not to book Bryn Derwen.

Perfect from start to finish

The most wonderful hosts you will ever meet, so friendly and welcoming. The house is beautiful, it has everything and more you could possibly want, the beds are so comfortable, I was lulled to sleep by sheep and woken up by chickens. it is set in the most breath-taking location with views of the hills/mountains. The little touches make this house exceed all expectations from the milk and bread thoughtfully provided for you, the chocolates, the gin selection, it was an amazing stay and I wish we could have stayed longer. We will go back. I cannot rate this property and its hosts highly enough. thank you for a perfect mini-break.

Beautiful gem of a house in the middle of Snowdonia 🤩

If I could have 1000 words to describe how wonderful this place it, it still wouldn’t be enough words! The house is beautifully decorated and has a very luxurious feel to it. Everything we might have needed (and more!) had been provided, with many personal touches from the wonderful and friendly owners. Also, it’s a paradise for technology/gadget lovers! We were both a little in love with the view of the mountains from the sun room. Not the worst view to have while eating your breakfast! Thank you Paul and Gordon for a lovely stay 😊

amazing value and quality property with fantastic hosts.

it is a beautiful house with a lot of space and finished to a really gorgeous spec. The bathroom is phenomenal and the jacuzzi bath lovely. Everything has been thought of from an abundance of towels to toilet roll.The decor is lovely and beds comfortable and lots of space to unpack. The Sonos and lighting is fancy!! Paul and Gordon are kind, generous hosts and so helpful.

Beautiful home, perfectly placed if you want to climb Snowdon.

The house was immaculate and full of everything you might need, with amazing views of the mountains. The host was very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for climbing Snowdon. There was a nice pub within walking distance serving good food and drinks. There are bus stops nearby if you want to travel to Caernarfon or Rhyd Ddu and want to leave the car.

Everything the house is beautiful and has all the high tec you could want. My host was wonderful. Nothing was to much trouble, and gave me tips on where to eat and visit. The attention to detail in the house is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing property, spotlessly clean, every single little detail considered. Immaculately furnished throughout and an extremely comfortable place to stay. Gordon was an amazing host who truly went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one! Communication was easy and hassle free. Gordon said he could meet us there anytime as long as we let him know an hour before. We did and he was waiting to greet us at the door as we pulled up! He showed us how things worked and made sure we were OK before he left. Every little detail was covered and we wanted for nothing! Gordon had milk, bread and chocolate biscuits and much more waiting for us!

Exceptional house that exceeded our expectations! Paul and Gordon met us upon arrival and showed around the house. It operated on Sonos and Philips Hue Lightning systems. The house was modern and had amazing interior that was thought over to the smallest detail and historic touch! There were all utensils and aplliances for family holiday away even a slow cooker, food processor, washer, dryer, ironing board. The house had 2 living rooms with TV which is a benefit if there is no agreement for a one movie 😁 One of the living rooms had a fireplace with beautiful Christmas decorations adding coziness. The house had a terrace with stunning views of hills from both sides and garden, amazingly decorated Christmas tree that created perfect family atmosphere for our New Year's meal and breakfast every morning. It was a nice touch house had a naughty corner where owners offered gin and rum made in their own brewery! Bedrooms were absolutely spotless with comfortable beds and had wireless chargers. One of the best houses we have ever stayed. Thank you for memorable New Year's celebration Paul & Gordon!
