Warm welcome and the nicest people - shout out to the bar staff, front of house and Richard who tried to ensure we had an excellent stay. Room was lovely. Very clean and lovely decoration. The biscuits/snacks were a lovely touch. Food was excellent.
Very little to improve upon. The only slight niggle was the dining room got quite cold later on in the evening - I'm not sure if it was the front door opening and closing. Minor point and wouldn't put us off coming back.

Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. It was obvious they worked hard to make everyone's stay special.
