Well, you have to start by giving this property a 12 out of 10 and then deduct 1 for the hot water and 1 for the pillows and master bedroom mattress, which are both newish. The hot water in the shower seems to work 2 minutes super hot, then 2 minutes freezing. Stand under it when it's hot, soap when it's cold. So if you can get used to the rhythm you'll be fine. Otherwise, it will be irritating. The mattress is very hard and probably needs a 2 inch latex topper. Two of the pillows are nearly flat and 2 are high and hard. Like Goldilocks, we tried them all. Even so, the property is still at 10. It's very well kept and looks almost new. Construction going on while we were there, but it wasn't a bother.
