The perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends. Apartment decorated in a classic style and basically equipped for you to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. It is a large apartment for Barcelona standards of approximately 200 square meters with 7 double rooms and most of them with a balcony facing the street. Living-dining room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We accept late arrivals without additional charges.

Via Laietana is located in one of the most emblematic streets in the center of Barcelona, very close to the Barcelona Cathedral. It is also just a few minutes from the famous Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and the lively Born district.
The rooms are decorated in a simple and informal style, with typical tiled floors and exquisite curtains. High ceilings and French-style windows add charm to this establishment.

The location is somewhat busy and on a large street but it is perfect for getting anywhere. Taxis are readily available. Walking is great for Gothic Quarter, rambla,
Waterfront. Etc. near theater,
Bars, shops, restaurants.
The furniture in the apt. Was very worn and dated and not like what is shown in pictures. Also. The bathroom descriptions need to be more detailed. There are 2 showers inside two of the bathrooms so showering was tricky. They are very small showers

The location couldn't be better - across the street from stores, restaurants, nightlife, metro stations, grocery stores, and historic walks. The apartment is true to the listing in the accommodations. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment had true Barcelona charm. Though it was clean, there were things that needed touch up work (such as dirty hand prints on doors, and several light bulbs that needed to be replaced). But, I would still recommend this apartment. Take note that the showers are on the small side and the bathroom configurations are tight. This was a great location for traveling with a group of married friends.

The apartment was in the perfect location for my family to explore Barcelona for the weekend. The management was even accommodating enough to allow us to have an early check in so our kids could get a nap in before we went out exploring on our first day in town.

The location is perfect and convenient to the grocery store downstairs!
Unfortunately, half of the light bulbs were out, making it feel darker. The refrigerator was not functioning and any attempt to notify the host went unanswered until checkout. We could never get the television to work, despite being very tech savvy, but that was not a priority for us.
The host utilized WhatsApp to communicate.
Several of the showers are extremely small, almost impractical for use, and the larger showers have very slippery floors.
All in all, the location and size more than makes up for the many shortcomings. With a little TLC to maintenance of common items, this place would be rustic and amazing.
