It was very clean, bed so comfortable and the location was excellent.

I liked the location was great and the ease of check in, there was good communication to start and the beds were comfortable as well. The size of the frig was great if your traveling with a large family.

I did not like the lack of upkeep the floor was broken in several spots, the apartment could use a deep cleaning. I was disappointed by the lack of response regarding the broken handle in the washer machine and the clogged sink. Thankfully I was able to open the door to retrieve my clothes otherwise it took almost a day and half for a response. Also some of the tenants were drunk and loud and woke us up each night.

Location

No tea towels, smelly drains in bathroom.

The location. The a/c was good.

It was a bait and switch. Booked and paid for a three-bedroom months in advance. Was given a two-bedroom upon arrival and am still waiting for “feedback from management” now four days after arrival. It’s ridiculous to collect higher rates and not provide the property booked. I was told they made a mistake in recording my reservation. Mistakes happen, but I cannot recommend a property that was booked well in advance and did not deliver the agreed-upon room or offer any type of solution. Book with caution.
