Excellent communication. Well located for the city centre.
It was cold, we had been told not to touch the heat settings as everything was set up. Also, there were only two cereal bowls to share between four guests and plates were chipped.

These are spacious, sunny units that with a nice outlook over the houses of Oxford. I think it would be hard to stay here without a car, given the location and there is on-site parking.
Basic equipment in kitchen only- no milk on arrival, kitchen sponge, tea towels, bread and butter plates. There seems to be an extensive list of rules given the money you are paying- you can cook but not deep fry anything as it’s a fire hazard, turn light switches off when leaving a room etc.
