Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Truly very clean and the space was brand new and a beautiful space. There is a foot/bike path that cuts through to Oxford in 20 minutes, faster than walking. The owner was compassionate and accommodating when we had an issue (unrelated to the unit). He was kind and concerned for our well being. This is the reason why staying here would be better than going to a hotel.

Great location about 30 minutes walk from the historic centre of Oxford.
The cooking equipment was rather limited. It could do with being expanded and increased. Not the properties fault, but the cycle way that you walk into Oxford on flooded and meant that we had to take an Uber. Not the end of the world and the flooding was away from the property - so if you are not coming in the summer, I would bring waterproof boots.
