Convenient apartment

Spacious and well laid out apartment with a lovely garden/ terrace area. The host was very helpful by taking care of our washing and providing good advice for local beaches and visiting cinque Terre.

Not much except that the beds and pillows could be of higher quality but the existing ones are acceptable.

Great accomodations, very wecoming Host!!!

The breakfast was OK...but the location was excellent!!!

For our intended destination, one could ask for a better location for the price! Giulia is a great host, she kept in touch with us up until we arrived at the property! She wasn't there to meet us, but she informed us that her parents would meet us until she could arrive...her parents was promptly came out to greet us before we actually event parked the car; the did and excellent job making us feel very welcome, and explaining every detail of the apartment and the surrounding area! The apartment was much more than we expected! Very big, clean and modern! Accessing public transportation (bus) and the grocery store was not more than a few minutes walk from the property! The Drive to the drive to the main train station was very easy and fast, there lost of paid parking at the station, and the cost was very reasonable for the entire day (also there is free parking in the city that's about a 10 minute walk from the main station. The information staff at the main station is very helpful, and will take the time to explain the details of the travel from La Spezia to Cinque Terre!...the ride is very quick, and the cost of the entire day card for 2 people was very reasonably priced! Great apartment, host and neighborhood, for the price and proximity to Cinque Terre is EXCELLENT!!!

Rooms are nice and host is helpful

The garden , the security and rooms. Host is really helpful and providing info to us on the places to visit. They are friendly.

The place is also shared with other occupants in downstairs room which i believe needed privacy . Unfortunately my kids were making runs and making noise at night which alerted the other occupants downstairs. Maybe should have taken private house itself but no regret

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet endroit.

Nous avons été très bien reçu .

Le bruit, aucune isolation phonique aussi bien des fenêtres et entre les appartements. La salle de bain avec une baignoire transformé en douche très mal faite, bac à douche plastique fissuré à plusieurs endroits et difficile d’avoir une pression et température correcte. Pas de salon ( juste 2 chambres, une cuisine et une sdb) Et pour se garer , faut Une petite voiture.

Estancia maravillosa para visitar Cinque Terre

Un alojamiento maravilloso, cómodo, y muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La cama súper cómoda y un ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió descansar de maravilla. Recomiendo este lugar y volvería sin dudarlo. ¡Una experiencia de 10! El propietario fue muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Tout! Nous étions en voiture alors c’était proche pour les visites. Stationnement privé. La mère de la propriétaire habite à côté. Elle a répondu à plusieurs questionnement. Un beau logement entier. Très propre et bien décoré. Le lit de la grande chambre est davantage confortable. Mais donne sur la rue passante. Pour ma part ça ne me dérangeait pas. Manque rien en équipement de cuisine ou toilette. Magnifique terrasse, bbq et jardin. Dépliant, horaire train-bateau pour 5 terres disponibles. Nous achevons notre périple d’un mois en Italie et c’est définitivement le plus beau logement que nous avons eu.
