Spacious, excellent location
Pillows need replacing (very lumpy), upstairs neighbour wakes at 6 am and the noise is very loud coming through the ceiling from their footsteps.

2 graves manquements dès l'annonce Booking :
1 - il n'est pas indiqué que l'appart est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, avec un escalier centenaire (marches dangereuses)
2 - la boîte à clefs est à plus de 200 m de l'appart. compliqué quand on arrive et repart en taxi
En plus la marche d'accès aux wc intérieurs n'est pas conforme : trop haute et dangereuse
Et l'unique clef fonctionne mal dans la serrure.
Il manque 1 ou 2 fauteuils pour améliorer le confort, impossible de travailler au minuscule bureau, chaise inadaptée.
Sol de la douche sale...

situation geographique est excellente. rue calme.
l'attention au detail et au confort du client manque serieusement, plusieurs réparations sont necessaires par example. le carrelage de la douche est taché noir, clic clac cassé, tiroirs de panderie cassés, salle de bain tiroirs cassés,, juste une serviette par personne pour sejour de plusieurs jours etc etc

The unit had everything we needed and the location is perfect. So easy to walk to everything and the metro within a few blocks. We felt right at home, the bed was very comfortable and the unit was very spacious with old world charm. Kitchen amenities are modern and the unit is light and bright. Great communication with the owner/manager!
Nothing for us was negative but if you have mobility issues, the stairs may be a problem.
