The kitchen/lounge was good and clean The apartment was warm

The entrance was small and stairs were awkward. The shower/toilet was tiny The area wasn't very nice

The accommodation is quite pretty and spacious, though the bathroom is tiny. The street is quite busy but it was okay during the night and we could sleep alright.

We received a numerical code to open the doors but it was a struggle. The instructions told us to find a door next to a big window and enter the code – which we did but then couldn't get in. It turned out the building had three separate entrances and we were at the wrong one – but none of that was mentioned in the instructions. It also wasn't easy to find a phone number to call in case of trouble. Originally we booked a different accommodation which was changed a few days ahead (which I understand). We were booked into this place as a group of 6 while there were only 4 beds and 2 people had to sleep on a sofa. It was okay for one night but for a longer time it would be quite uncomfortable.

Disgusting dishwasher rack that needed replacement months ago. Some lights flickering. You can hear every person leaving the house and it will wake you up. A month after our stay, we have still not received an invoice that we requested through Booking when making the reservation. Weird deposit situation, luckily it was not authorized by our company and the credit card charge was blocked, it did not affect our stay in any way.
