This well appointed property has been thoughtfully developed. Our room was located in the garden and had a south / west facing terrace. The sitting area up on the mezzanine was great to use in the evening. Breakfast is served across the garden in the sun room and was delicious with daily baking. Property is located behind and electronic gate and there was secure storage for bikes. Approximately 2 miles from the walled city of St Malo.

I like the idea of making people feel more "eco-responsible". It is quiet, clean, the location is convenient. Nice selection of tea in the room. The breakfast is of good quality.

In general, the price seems a bit high for what it is. Some tax was not included in the price. This wasn't very clear during the booking process. It was just a few cents but it felt a bit over the top to be asked to pay this upon checkout, considering the overall price. I have also not faced this situation in any other accommodation. The breakfast was sufficient but a second helping of any of the breakfast items was also not even offered. I would have preferred to have a non-sweet option like cheese, tomato, or maybe an egg, but everything was sweet.
