Position is great, the view is amazing and the staff is super nice, we really enjoyed it.

Incredible, and I mean INCREDIBLE location! All of Oia is beautiful but this hotel in THE best spot. Almost every single person who walks by the property has to stop and take a photo just because the property itself is stunning as well as the view.

We came for honeymoon and was the Best holidays we had. The Room is perfect for a couple. The Best things are the view, jacuzzi and brealfast.

We have no complaints. Everything was perfect.

My kids enjoyed the shared pool a lot while me and my wife enjoyed both pool and hot tub.

The views, the size of the room, the bathrooms are better than their sister property, Secret Spa.

Tiny pool, close to the main walking path, not as private as it supposed to be. The overall feeling that we got from the staff wasn’t as comfortable as it supposed to be in these kind of hotels. First, when we arrived we asked from the staff at the pool to move the shade parasol for a bit so we would have shade on our sun-beds- the staff told us it is impossible. Answer that isn’t acceptable as the staff has to put the customers in their 1st priority and to do their best to provide help and satisfy us. Second, the concierge offered us a taxi to the airport for 100e. Which is twice the Avg. prices of external drivers. It’s a totally joke and unacceptable. They should do better prices to their customers not to clip a coupons. It’s a joke. The Restaurant of the hotel- worst I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. The prices are a totally joke. Almost 30e and more for appetizers, which not just not satisfying, but also, without any flavor at all, and tiny as it is a Michelin star restaurant and it is not. The main course pricing aren’t compatible with what you actually get. Do not go there, it’s a scam. Except the great views, which you can also get from other nearby gyros restaurants. Cocktails bar- definitely overpriced, I prefer to go and get 4 cocktails in the bars upstairs rather than ordering 1 from the bar. Definitely overpriced. Bottom line, not as luxurious as we thought and you always get the feeling that the hotel know that maybe you have a deep enough pocket so they can overprice anything because you wouldn’t mind. They wrong with their attitude and they miss the point. We celebrated the one of the most important days in our lives (engagement), and they didn’t even sent us any congratulations letter or a complimentary wine. Not good enough customer relation.

Location was perfect. We benefited from little to no crowds, which is a rarity in Oia. The service and breakfast were very very good. Hot tubs in rooms were a great feature. Beds were super comfortable. We didn’t eat at the black rock, due to young kids, but we heard it was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really....if I had to nit pick, I’d say it’s a bit pricey for the room/bathroom size and relatively small amenity space, but the location, views, service and breakfast make up for it. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I couldn’t be more happy . We celebrated my husband’s birthday and it was fantastic . We spent four amazing days in Santorini and every day was special . In our first day, Alex showed us every area at the hotel, he told us about Oia and the volcano history, touristic areas etc. All the staff were kind and the service was fabulous. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset in our room and drinking some cocktails in the bar near the pool as well because the location is excellent. If you go out walking around Oia is fantastic, there are many restaurants, shops and bars, the hotel is in the centre of Oia but seriously Santorini Secret Premium has all you need a good restaurant where we ate one of the best ceviches in our life, a really really good barman and a fabulous spa, my husband loves massages and he told me that it was one of the best massages. Our days in Oia were magics.

O quarto que fiquei era ótimo, no nível mais superior do hotel, desse quarto eu tinha minha hidro na sacada com vista da caldeira, tinha acesso a piscina do hotel e da outra piscina principal do hotel ao lado do bar. A equipe é muito atenciosa e o hotel muito romântico. Amamos.

O quarto maisonette fica muito próximo dos pedestres que caminham pela vista e em uma posição em frente à piscina em que você fica muito exposto perante os outros hóspedes que estão na área da piscina
