posizione rispetto ai mezzi e ai servizi bar in zona, piano terra molto molto comodo rispetto agli altri B&B in cui avevamo soggiornato in zona (consiglio di scrivere sempre a che piano è la stanza), pulizia ottima, contatti con gestore perfetti
bagno (lavandino) molto piccolo, disponibilità di saponi scarsa (nulla per i capelli)

The location was good, the price was okay and our window opened towards an inner courtyard (with some trees, though), so it was quiet and good to sleep.
The kitchen corner in the basement smelled - not because it wasn't cleaned, but probably because of some plumbing issues. Also, the bathroom was so tiny one almost had to keep one leg out of the door while brushing one's teeth, and everything you used at the sink was in danger of toppling into the toilet. (The shower cabin, however, was of passable size.)
