Boat-watchers' paradise on the boulevard

Stunning location, right on the boulevard! We especially loved the terrace at the front where you can sit and watch boats and people for hours. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and we had everything we needed. Vlissingen has a lot of nice restaurants and makes a good base for a trip to Walcheren. It's a short drive to other nice beaches at Zoutelande and Westkapelle.

Although comfortable, the furnishings felt a bit cheap and unloved. It would benefit from refurbishment - especially to justify it being in this price band. It's no longer allowed to drive on the boulevard which is a little inconvenient, although parking is nearby.

Great value for this amazing apartment, right on the north sea. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful location and apartment. Great sized kitchen and living area and the master bedroom was so spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had no problem finding parking. So close to restaurants and shops, we walked everywhere! Would love to stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a blow dryer, but other than that it was perfect!

The location, view, communication, cleanliness and service are all you can wish for.

Beautiful view, on the beachfront, near restaurants, supermarket and shops. Spacious rooms, nicely decorated, plenty of ways to make coffee, toast your bread, use cups and cutlery. Netflix available.

Because we are a tall family, the beds were a little short. Due to the storm, the first night was not very warm, we are also not used to the noise of the heavy wind at sea. But... we found extra blankets and heated up the place, so the second night - went a lot better.

Disappointed in quality but has the potential to be a lovely property.

The living room was charming and has a nice view onto the sea. The balcony also has a nice view.

The property was very musty smelling. The kitchen had strong aromas of spice. In general the property needed to be aired out to smell fresh. The property was not at all as I expected based on the positive reviews. The bed was uncomfortable, the duvets were damp feeling, pillows had a plastic sound and the bed made creaking sounds every time you moved. Overall the property needs a good reno/updating. Felt run down.

Surprise! It's better than expected!

The exceptional view which can be increased by the high quality supplied binoculars, the extreme comfortable living room with soo many interesting and good books, the well equiped kitchen, the super shower room and the super soft flooring/carpet. The heating is working perfectly. It's really like feeling at home instantly.

The beds and blankets were too short for average to tall people. There's a hint of sigarette smoke residu in the hallway which is notable.

Great apartment with a great view

The location of this apartment in Vlissingen is ideal for a short stay in the town. The view out across the water is ideal and watching the ships come and go from the balcony in the sunshine is a delightful way to enjoy some time. The owner was communicative and answered quickly via message and phone calls and the apartment itself is spacious and well equipped.

The bathroom could be updated from an aesthetics point of view but it functions perfectly well.

Excellent location, very well equipped apartment, comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful area.

1) There are very high and steep stairs to the house and to the bedroom. For person with problem knees is very inconvenient to gallop on steeps, really;) There was no mention that the apartment has high stairs, probably we would not choose this apartment. 2) The balcony door in the kitchen did not open because of the broken blinds, it was very stuffy to cook. The Service Host said that no one can fix these blinds during the summer holidays and we can tolerate this inconvenience because we rented the apartment for only 4 days ;(

Heerlijk verblijf in de winter

Wij bezochten dit voor de derde keer. We hadden een gezellig en comfortabel verblijf en zijn tevreden dat het tweepersoonsbed vernieuwd werd, comfortabel. Aangenaam warm in december. Wij houden van de sfeer en inrichting. Zeer veel keukengerei voorhanden en ruime, aangename keuken met oven en kookplaat. Makkelijk binnenkomen door 1 telefoontje te doen. Prima verblijf prijs-kwaliteit. Heerlijk uitzicht op de Scheldemonding en de passerende schepen! Wij komen zeker nog terug.

Twee kleine verbeterpuntjes: -toilet op 1e verdiep blijft doorlopen (waterverbruik!) -verlichting op 1e verdiep (overloop) werkt niet waardoor het er erg donker kan zijn in de winter.

Het is een huiselijk appartement, nostalgisch, maar moet eigenlijk wel een keer opgeleukt worden. De boeken vergelen, de vloer moet geschuurd , lamp in de gang stuk,bedbodem kraakt bij in en uitstappen

Waren jetzt schon zum 2.Mal dort, die Wohnung ist einfach super mit Blick vom Balkon auf die Nordsee! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Jederzeit wieder!

De ligging met uitzicht op zee is geweldig. Op loopafstand van veel winkels en restaurants.

Jammer van de sigarettenrook die tot aan de bovenste verdieping de hele dag aanwezig is. In de omschrijving staat dat er een haardroger en magnetron aanwezig zijn. Niet gemist maar ze zijn er niet, haal dat dan weg. Een tweede setje sleutels zou handig zijn, zeker nu je iedere keer alles moet afsluiten

Dat zeer zeker. Precies wat je ziet op de Foto,s.

Er Waren alle Benodigheden dat je maar nodig heb, was aanwezig behave een Magnetron en Mixer. Voor dexRest was alles wat je npdig heb aanwezig voor een Goed verblijf. Ook dr Bedden slippen lekker en confortabel.

De enigste Nadeel was dat wevnaaste Biren hadden die zware rokers waren. Hoewel alle deuren en ramen dichtcwaren vooral s,avond, kwamen er heel veel rook naat bonnen. Wij die niet Rokers zijn, hadden er herl veel last van.Wat betreft dr Acvomodatie zelf, hebben we geen klachten.

Wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Die Lage , die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Schiffe - einfach perfekt

Die Lage war absolut TOP. Das Ehebett im Schlafzimmer war neu und mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet, Die Betten in den beiden anderen Zimmern hatten auch neue Matratzen und waren bequem. Lediglich die Optik eines *eisernen* Bettes ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist soweit gut. Es ist fast alles dort was man benötigt. Die Stufen waren sehr Steil aber meine 80-jährige Mutter ist nach einer Einweisung damit zurecht gekommen. Zum schlafen musste man in die zweite Etage und nochmal die steilen Treppenstufen gehen - hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Die Töpfe waren etwas klein für vier Personen. Da wäre ein größerer Topf sinnvoll. Vielleicht würde ich das Bett im linken Zimmer austauschen. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden - lediglich eine Senseo Maschine.

De locatie is schitterend en uitstekend gelegen.

De Wifi liet het af en toe afweten maar dat kan ook een locale storing zijn geweest.
