It was good but it could have been better

The location is perfect as the apartment is located by the beach front. The view from the balcony is awesome.

The bed sheets were not good in good condition and they need to be replaced. Furthermore, they did not include basic things in the toilet such as shower/bath gel and (liquid) soap for washing the hands

Amazing view.. that's all there is to say

The view was amazing and the only reason I would consider going again.

As there is no cleaning agent, you have to clean the property upon checkout, meaning you are dependant on how those before you left it. Beds weren't made with a statement from the owner "this isnt a hotel", which is fair, but to have to finish the laundry before you can make your own bed because those before you didn't finish drying their laundry before leaving... The layout of the apartment is a bit funny, but be aware, you cannot lock the bathroom.

it was not clean according to standard. warm water was not working. so no showering. the tenant wasn‘t able to fix it during our 4 days stay.

I fully intend to return to Vlissingen, and if so will look to stay in this apartment.

The view was absolutely amazing, the apartment is in a great location. Short walk into the centre of town, lovely and quiet. The apartment was very spacious, the furnishings were very comfortable. Having a glorious sea view from the kitchen sink made washing up (almost) a joy. Did I mention the fabulous view and great location?

Free parking is advertised. In reality it is in the street a 5 minute walk away. The access to the bathroom from both bedrooms really requires some locks. Also the door into the main bedroom gets caught up in the curtain. The rubber flooring on the front balcony retains water, so remains wet to walk on hours after the rain has stopped.

Te Grote salontafel met glazen blad dat iets op doorgang naar het terras stond waardoor er tegenaanstoten pijnlijk was Bedden moesten zelf opgemaakt worden Verkreukeld beddengoed lag zo op matras. Matrassen van tweepersoons bed. zakte wat door.

We waren er voor de 3e keeren het is keer op keer een feestje het appartement is van alles voorzien en de bedden zijn heerlijk.

Er viel niets tegen alles goed geregeld.

Ferienwohnung direkt am Boulevard von Vlissingen mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Nordsee/Wester-Schelde Auch das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Es war nett aber einmal reicht.

Die außergewöhnliche Lage und der Charme der Wohnung.Die Einrichtung ist hochwertige aber leider auch schon sehr abgewöhnt.

Wir haben erstmal eine gründliche Reinigung der Wohnung durchgeführt. Klebrige Geländer und Türen. Da fehlt es dringend an einer Grundreinigung. Mäusekot in den Küchenschränken und fleckige Böden. Die steile Treppe mit einem gewissen Eigengeruch ist für Hundehalter und ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Darauf sollte unbedingt hingewiesen werden. 36 Stufen mit dieser Neigung sind eine Herausforderung. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in einiger Entfernung zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose Behindertenparkplätze mit Schein. Ansonsten sind die Parkplätze kostenpflichtig. 500 Euro Strafe für Falschparker vor dem Haus.

Wij hebben genoten in het charmante appartement in een van de oudste villa's aan de boulevard.

De charme van het appartement, de ligging, goede communicatie met de gastheer.

Voor een ouder koppel zijn de 36 treden wel echt een inspanning.

Je kan niet op een betere plek aan de boulevard zitten dan hier!

Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht, goed meubilair, volop schoonmaak middelen.

Er was geen tweede set sleutels en hadden beide andere actieveteiten. Hier contact over gehad met de eigenaar maar kon ons hier niet aan helpen. Het lijkt mij een kleine moeite om ons aan een tweede set te helpen. Ik had ze zelf ook wel willen laten copieren. Die 20 euro had ik er dik voor over gehad. Er is wel achterstalligonderhoud maar dat heeft onze pret niet gedrukt.

Vlissingen op zijn best

Prachtig ruim appartement met heerlijk balkon (voor twee personen). Toplocatie. Royaal uitgerust. Iets verouderd maar wie daar geen moeite mee heeft, zeer comfortabel. Wij hebben hier vier heerlijke dagen gehad.

Een stijle lange trap geeft toegang aan dit appartement op de tweede etage. Voor wie daar moeite mee heeft, is het appartement niet geschikt.

Prima uitzicht, lekker rustig. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Wat anderen kan tegenvallen, maar staat wel in de omschrijving: stijle trap en zelf schoonmaken, de was doen, bed opmaken (maar daarom ook relatief laag geprijsd).

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, perfekte Ausstattung, aber sehr beschwerliche Treppe zur Wohnung.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sensationell. Die Wohnung ist extrem gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt in der Küche an nichts und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Es gibt sehr viel Bettwäsche und Oberbetten. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Für ausreichend Toilettenpapier,Seife und Haushaltsrolle, Mülltüten etc. ist gesorgt. Selten so eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in den Niederlanden gehabt. Das Bad ist sehr schön. Das Waschbecken ist super, und nicht wie in den Niederlanden sehr oft, schlecht zu nutzen.

Die extrem steile und lange Treppe ist wirklich eine Herausforderung und darauf sollte dringend hingewiesen werden. Es war jedes Mal ein Kampf dort hochzukommen mit den Hunden und auch für ältere Personen ist das eine wirkliche Herausforderung. Wir haben uns den ganzen Tag nur draußen aufgehalten da wir uns die Treppen nicht mehrmals täglich zumuten wollten. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist weiter entfernt, daher haben wir den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz hinterm Haus genutzt.

Tolle zentrale Lage, super Aussicht auf den Strand, Küche gut ausgestattet

Leider nicht sehr sauber, Hundehaare von Vormieter, Polstermöbel teils sehr abgenutzt und machten keinen sauberen Eindruck. Badausstattung mässig.
