About this house rental

This new holiday home in the polder near Koudekerke is a true gem! The large living room overlooks the landscape, and what a view you enjoy! From the living room you step onto the covered veranda where you can enjoy the evening hours of the setting sun or a balmy summer evening. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort, from a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a sink and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. The open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms with single beds, which guarantee a wonderful night's sleep. How nice is it to wake up and start the day with a farm-fresh breakfast on the terrace?

This holiday home is located in the owner's yard. There is a bicycle shed and a parking space.
You have plenty of privacy in the holiday home, which can be found on the edge of Koudekerke. Koudekerke has an attractive village square where you can enjoy one of the terraces. The fresh bakery and supermarket provide daily shopping. The area invites for walking and cycling trips.

Koudekerke is centrally located and within 10 km you will discover all points of Walcheren. Domburg and Westkapelle, monumental city of Middelburg, maritime Vlissingen and fortified city of Veere. At 3 km you are on the most beautiful southern beaches of the Netherlands. On the south side of Walcheren, at Koudekerke-Dishoek, you will not only find the most beautiful beaches, but also the beaches where the most hours of sunshine are counted. An ideal place for a wonderful holiday!

Accueil tout aussi sympathique que la maison. La description correspond à l'offre faite sur le site de Belvilla = fiabilité de l'agence à laquelle nous faisons appel depuis de très nombreuse années. Seul petit bémol: possibilités de rangement juste suffisantes sauf dans la salle-de-bain. Allonger la planche jusqu'à la hotte de la cuisine en offrirait un peu plus pour les provisions. Très bien située pour faire de belle promenades à pied ou à vélo, visiter Middelburg, Veere ou Flessingue et profiter des belles plages. Nous apprécions énormément Walcheren et nous nous en lassons jamais malgré de nombreux séjours.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning. Gastvrije ontvangst, zeer schone woning. Praktisch ingericht maar toch gezellig. Erg leuk om de dieren in je "tuin" te zien. Soms zijn wij zelf het entertainment voor hen zo lijkt het. Komen ze 's avonds aan het hek naar binnen staren :-).
