You heared noise from the appartement upstairs. Which is not a big deal but you heared it quite well and we were travelling with a one year old and I felt bad for the people upstairs as I knew that I could hear them quite well I was hoping they were not waken up when the kid when he cried in the middle of the night

Relaxing lots of walking

Pretty room (studio) big balcony nice and quiet go out turn right then left to Koudekerke Wilma Mode is a great little boutique lovely owner 10 minutes walk. You can walk everywhere left straight for 20/30 minutes to Dishoek beach, dune paths great. Check in another hotel to get key

Too expensive especially as when I needed more coffee (nespresso) had to make 70 cent for each in the hotel this should really be included small bathroom light water pressure shower no microwave otherwise everything you need

The apartment is missing some small essentials that would make a few things more comfortable. E.g. a hanger in the shower to store your things would be nice, so you don't have to leave them on the floor. An extra cabinet in the bathroom for the same purpose would be great.

Relaxing get away in the Dutch countryside.

Newly renovated. Very comfortable and very large bed. Kitchen utensils provided with large fridge. Nice view of trees. Good quality bicycles available for hire. Friendly management.

Microwave would be nice. Volume control on TV was a little annoying.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment⁸

Brand new apartment, spacious , very well equipped and comfortable beds. There was no shower curtain or cabin, but hope that is on the to do list soon as the bathroom gets wet after using the shower. Located very close to the beach as well as the two main towns. We did not use the outside space but it looks very well kept. The owners are really nice and helpful.

We kregen het huis niet snel warm.

Ijskoud.

Voldoende parkeerplekken, laadpaal aanwezig. Prettig bed. Ruime woonkamer, grote koelkast.

Bij aankomst was het zoeken naar de ingang. Er staat niks aangegeven. Uiteindelijk bleek dat we aan het eind van het blok een deur door naar boven moesten. De ruimte was ijskoud. (Bij andere mensen bleek dit ook zo te zijn) Vloerverwarming stond uit. Het heeft ruim 6 uur geduurd voordat het van 13 graden een keer behaaglijk werd. (Dat was dus middernacht, toen de kinderen eindelijk gingen slapen, die hadden veel last van de koude ruimte). Nergens een extra dekentje te vinden. Alle laadjes van de kasten leeg. Op de bank onder een handdoek gezeten. Bij het uitchecken aangegeven bij de baliemedewerkster. Die gaf aan dat het een bekend probleem was, want er is alleen vloerverwarming. Het idee om deze dan van te voren aan te zetten kwam niet in hun op!? "Ja erg vervelend mevrouw." Daarnaast zat alles in de badkamer los, de wcrol houder viel uit elkaar, de handdoeken bleven niet hangen aan de scheve uithouder..

Prachtige plek, goede bedden alleen jammer van de sleutelophaallocatie

Prachtige locatie, heerlijk bed en goede faciliteiten.

Jammer dat de sleutel zo ver van de locatie opgehaald en weggebracht moet worden, dat is wel echt onhandig en niet duidelijk aangegeven bij boeking. Verder was de kamer echt super warm en moeilijk koel te krijgen, maar dat kan een momentopname geweest zijn. We zullen het volgende week merken, dan zijn we er weer :-)

Herrlich

Wirklich außergewöhnlich! Ein lebendiger Pfau stromerte über das Gelände. Wow! Wo hat man denn sowas. Große hohe Räume mit viel Platz und Tisch etc..vor der Tür. Eigener Parkplatz, netter Check In und Out. Gerne wieder!!

Der Fernseher war viel zu leise oder wir haben was falsch gemacht.

Een kortstondig maar prettig verblijf in een mooi en schoon appartement.

Mooie, grote ruimtes bij het grotere appartement en juist heel knus bij het appartementje voor 2 personen. Locatie was ook heel mooi. Sanitair netjes.

We misten heel erg een oventje of magnetron. Ook vonden we het wat kaal. Een beetje meer aankleding met wat meer groen en leuke schilderijtjes o.i.d. (zijn genoeg leuke dingen betreffende Zeeland!) aan de muur was wel wat gezelliger geweest.

Wir kommen immer gerne wieder! :)

Wir waren schon öfter zu Gast in unterschiedlichen Wohnungen und sind jedes Mal von der Lage und den Wohnungen begeistert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist kostenfrei, man ist schnell am Strand, Geschäfte sind in der Nähe- Top!

Es wäre schön, wenn man die Heizungen selber regulieren könnte, für uns war es mit 24 Grad zu warm. Die Pfannen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden, da sie sehr verkratzt sind. Ansonsten war alles gut :)

Onze avond/nacht in hofstede Moesbosch was perfect!

Het appartement (6 personen) is voldoende ruim en heel netjes. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloos verblijf is aanwezig. De bedden liggen goed!

mooi gezellig appartement. rustig gelegen en toch overal dichtbij

Het is een modern appartement in een boeren woonhuis. Heel gezellig . Mooie slaapkamers, goede bedden. Wij hadden de bovenverdieping, best steile trap. Beneden in de tuin rondom het huis stonden bankjes en konden de kinderen spelen. Het appartement lag afgelegen, lekker rustig maar wel binnen enkele minuten met de auto in VLissingen en op het strand.

Een balkon was leuk geweest, maar het heeft ons niet belemmerd.

Lage nur 6 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Tolles Ambiente der Hofanlage. Kostenloses Parken.

Spartanisch eingerichtet. Kein Backofen, Toaster oder Mikrowelle. Zweisitzer-Couch für ein 6 Personen Appartement ist nicht komfortabel. Sehr hellhörige Räume, sodass man jeden Schritt nebenan oder oberhalb hört. Viel Spinnengewebe, defekte Mülleimer in den Bädern und in Summe kein frischer Geruch im Appartement.

- hell und freundlich - geschmackvolle und neuwertige Ausstattung - sauber - absolut ruhig - wunderschönes und bequemes Bett - eigener fester Parkplatz vor der Tür - große Terrasse - nur 400 m von den überteuerten Strandparkplätzen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Straße

- zu späte Check-In-Zeiten und zu frühe Check-Out-Zeiten - Studio unter dem Dach relativ warm (allerdings nicht so problematisch wie teilweise geschildert) - nicht gerade günstig - steile Treppe - fehlender Kleiderschrank und schlechtes Licht - Hausstrand recht voll und mit Quallen übersät (gute Alternativen in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar)

Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage war super und auch die Parkplatzsituation.

Im Sommer bei über 30 Grad ist die Dachgeschosswohnung der reiste Brutstall. Es gibt leider keinen Lüfter… deshalb sind wir früher abgereist, es war einfach unerträglich. Und bitte beachten, dass es in dieser Wohnung keinen Backofen oder Toaster gibt. Das schränkt leider auch stark ein.

Top Lage, cool für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, gerne wieder

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad, alles gut zu erreichen!! Betten sehr bequem aber das muss man mögen! Für uns war es prima, haben wirklich erholsame Nächte gehabt, bis auf die Hitze im Zimmer! Der Raum ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ruhe durch die abgelegene Lage war super!

Was oftmals schon bemängelt wurde das es z.Bsp. in der Wohnung nur 2 Kaffeetassen gibt, keinen Toaster und die Küche mit ihren Utensilien recht billig ausgestattet wurde. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir gesagt 2 Personen, 2 Tassen reicht doch. Waren auch nur 2 Messer in der Besteckschublade, dafür viele Gabeln und Suppenlöffel! Passt also irgendwie nicht zusammen... Die vorhandene Spülmaschine haben wir nicht benutzt da auf Grund der geringen Menge von Hand gespült wurde, wäre Verschwendung gewesen, diese anzuschalten. Große Spülmaschine für 2 Personen (überflüssig) hätte man auch eine kleinere einbauen können! Puncto Nachhaltigkeit! Frühstück auf dem Balkon war leider nicht möglich, weil sich unter den Dachschindeln Wespen eingenistet haben. Schade... , kann ja aber der Vermieter nicht wirklich was machen. Wenn wir abends in die Unterkunft zurück gekommen sind, war es wirklich unangenehm warm, obwohl es tagsüber nicht mehr als 24 ° Grad hatte. Leider war das auch nachts ein Problem, weil man durch die Wärme viel geschwitzt hat. Sauberkeit na ja, jeder definiert dies anders, Spinnweben im hohen Gebälck wurden vor Anreise nicht entfernt ( und waren auch schon länger dort) , erst nach Aufforderung am nächsten Tag ( aber immerhin) !👍👍 Fernsehen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Lautstärke ging am letzten Abend überhaupt nicht mehr... Geringe Anzahl deutscher Programme, hätten aber auch nicht wirklich viel mehr gebraucht!
