Perfect location with amazing view

Property is perfectly located and perfectly maintained. Very clean, comfortable, good sound isolation, nice design and the balcony on which you can basically spend all the time. Communication from the staff is great. It’s the second time in the city and on purpose we stay in the same property. Definitely a great place!

Nothing. Just a note for travelers regarding the sea: now in July there are many jelly fish and it’s not really possible to swim despite the clean water and perfect beach.

The view is amazing. we were at level 4, and really likes the view on the see and the big boats. Appartement has nice furniture and is very quiet. Acces directly to the beach and to the city center

Stunning beach view appartment

We were on the 8th floor and the views from the room are just stunning! And the balcony was also a very great place to sit and enjoy a drink, a meal while taking in the views and the sea breeze. Would definitely recommend this place.

The only slightly annoying fact was that there is only one elevator per tower. Which leads to long waiting times in the lobby or just outside the room when it's busy during the season.

Towels, you have to pay 5 euros per person for which I felt was unnecessary . Other basic amenities like soap or hand-wash, dish washing liquid etc I assumed would be there as well but it was not which was disappointing.

Beach Apartment

The view of the ocean and beach was beautiful. Good location to visit Zeeland from. Easy walks to Centre and lovely promenade.

The bed in the main room is two single beds not comfortable and not Romantic. The addition of a mattress top would be a good addition. Please advise of parking tariffs before guest arrive

Spitzenurlaub mit sensationellen Ausblick und einer Unterkunft der Oberklasse in toller Lage!

Vorab haben hatten wir uns bereits riesig auf den Urlaub gefreut. Das Apartment war das beste Apartment was wir je in den Niederlanden bekommen haben. Super hochwertige Einrichtung und toll abgestimmte Einrichtung (Stichwort Musterring). Der Ausblick ist sensationell. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind in der Richtung die nicht zum Meer gerichtet ist. Somit stören auch die Schiffe nicht, die man permanent beobachten kann, da diese sehr nah vorbeifahren. Bzgl. Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Vom Bügeleisen bis zur Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, SmartTV, schnelles Internet, Nespresso-Maschine, Staubsauger, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Müllsammelstelle in der Tiefgarage, Föhn. Viele Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vom Pier 7 (Diverses), Nieuw China Garden (asiatisch indisch), Topi Thai, Argentijns - Mexicaans Restaurant Amigo (mexikanisch) bis hin zum Grieks Restaurant Poseidon (griechisch). Alles ausprobiert und alles für gut empfunden. Shopping ist auch in der Innenstadt möglich. Wir sind dann daily beim Albert Heijn gewesen, da die Auswahl wirklich super ist. Es ist sehr schön an der Strandpromenade herumzulaufen und Ebbe und Flut zu beobachten. Der Service des Hotels war extrem professionell. Vorab konnte ich vieles Klären und die Antwortrate war auch sehr schnell. Check-in dauerte keine Minute und der Check-out auch nicht. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Für niederländisches Unterkunftesniveau war unsere Unterkunft auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Ab Oktober ist der Strand für Tierbesitzer geöffnet. Was ich widerlich finde, ist dass nicht jeder Hundebesitzer der die Exkremente seiner Tiere mitnimmt, sondern lieber mit dem Fuß im Sand vergräbt. Etwas später kommen dann Kinder und spielen an diesen Stellen eine SandHundeKotParty. Finde ich extrem uncool! In der Tiefgarage gibt es auf 3 Etagen an verschiedenen Stellen Parkplätze die vom Anbieter reserviert sind. Die Tiefgarage wird sich auch mit anderen Anbietern und privaten Bewohnern geteilt. Die guten Plätze sind schnell belegt und es bleiben oft nur die schlechten engen Plätze. Ich bin gewiss kein Fahramateur, wenn ich jedoch beide Spiegel einklappen muss um in die Lücken zu kommen, dann ist das eng. Darüber hinaus parken die anderen auch sehr eng am eigenen Auto. Jeder weiß was dann oft mit den Türen passiert. Diese schlagen am anderen Auto an. Das Thema stresste mich. Da ich keine Beschädigungen an meinem Auto haben wollte. Aktuell wird die Promenade bis Ende 2025 neu gepflastert. Also Baustelle und Baustellenlärm.

Prachtig appartement met uitzicht op zee. Alles was ruim aanwezig in het appartement, er mist echt niets. Het was schoon, groter dan ik had verwacht en ideaal om vanuit de parkeergarage meteen naar je appartement te kunnen gaan.

traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Vom Zimmer aus hat man den Blick über das Meer. Direkter Fußweg zum Strand, der endlos schön ist. Sehr schöne Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Fußläufig kann man in die Stadt gehen. Alle Läden in direkter Nähe. Wirklich top!

Leider wurde am angrenzenden Balkon häufig Cannabis geraucht, der Rauch zieht auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern in die Ferienwohnung. Das war für uns sehr unangenehm.

Tolle Aussicht , Tolle Lage, leider nicht so gute Betten!

Die Aussicht ist super schön, der Esstisch war sehr groß, der Balkon sehr schön und bequeme Stühle

Die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen, die Decken sehr schwer und warm, es gab keine direkte Lüftung im Bad bzw. der Toilette, es musste immer eine Gesamtlüftung in der Küche angestellt werden

Super Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Das Gebäude ist sehr gut abgesichert und tagsüber ist eine Rezeption besetzt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Tolles Appartement mit wunderbarem Meerblick.

Das Appartment und das Haus sind nicht ganz rollstuh- bzw. schwerbehindertengerecht. Die Toilette ist zu klein und zu eng, für den Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. Die Dusche ist leider für den Rollstuhlfahrer auch nicht geeignet. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick, mit dem Rollstuhl kommt man leider nicht darauf. Die Türschwelle beim Appartment-Ei Gang ist sehr schwierig mit dem Rollstuhl hinüber zu fahren. Der Hintereingang ist für Rollstuhl ist eher . Für Rollstuhlfahrer sollten die Waschbecken im Bad niedriger sein. , sonst ist alles okay.

Place to be in Vlissingen

Alles! Vriendelijke receptioniste, heel proper en ruim appartement. De locatie was ideaal. Garage eraan die rechtstreeks bereikbaar is met de lift. Uitzicht op zee. Geen lawaai van buren. Je kan gaan ontbijten in het hotel ernaast. Kortom, alles was dik in orde! Geen betere locatie in Vlissingen volgens mij met een kind (aparte kamer en direct aan het strand).
