Really great place to stay and roll straight out of bed onto the beach

A unique, comfortable and memorable stay

Location, as described on website, is literally right on the beach. We were in Beachroom 4 which meant we had the beach at our front door and a restaurant next door who very kindly brought our takeaway orders right to our Beachroom table, so we really didn't have to go anywhere to have everything we needed. Considering the rooms are built directly under a boardwalk, they have excellent temperature control with great heating that we needed and air conditioning units for hotter months. Whilst there are no windows, if you lift the blind on the door it becomes a large window with a view of the beach, the ships sailing past and the beautiful sunsets. Just don't forget that there is a restaurant and a walkway outside and make sure you are fully dressed when opening the blind! Our 5 year old found it so exciting staying right on the beach and seeing the ships from our room and the amenities such as microwave and fridge were really useful to help us feed our two year old.

Worth knowing that there isn't parking on site. I didn't pack very smartly for the 5 minute walk from car park so maybe take a case on wheels!

Sleeping on the beach / full comfort

We really liked the location. It is actually on the beach. Not like many places which say they are on the beach and they are not. Everything is clean and new, and the beds are very comfortable. Also, the staff was super friendly.

Unfortunately, due to corona restrictions, the restaurant was closed But this was communicated upfront so this was not a surprise. Also, we were able to get a take away from them. The only thing That puzzled me a little bit was that on leaving, we asked whether we could keep the parking permit for another hour and that was not possible.

Very nice beach cabin with a view and entrance right on the beach

Very nice beach house with a view and entrance right on the beach, very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and nicely designed bathroom.

The outside space which had a fence was a shared space with the cabin next to ours, so it would have been better if there was also a fence between the cabins.

Mooie kamer aan zee

Ligging op het strand is erg speciaal. Kamer was mooi ingericht, bed lag heerlijk, douche was oke. We hadden enorm geluk met het weer, want het was zonnig en we konden buiten zitten.

Ik had aangegeven dat ik laat zou aankomen, extra bestelling gedaan voor parkeren, maar er waren geen instructies gegeven over hoe die parkeerkaarten werkten. Dus ook nog een parkeeractie gestart. Communicatie hierover had beter gekund.

De locatie was super, het appartement netjes en goede bedden.

Er is helaas geen kookplaat dus even een eitje bakken of je eigen avondeten klaar maken is geen optie. Verder is ook een bakplaat verboden dus buiten vlees bakken mag ook niet.

Echt een mega aanrader!! Enige vervelende is dat er ‘s avonds weinig tot geen buiten verlichting is zodra de zon onder is. Advies om zelf een batterij lampje of kaars mee te nemen. Verder 0 aanmerkingen. Geweldig!

Erg prettig

Heerlijk om je hotelkamer zo dicht bij de zee te hebben. Verder voelde het heel luxe dat het personeel van pier 7 alles wat we bestelde kwam brengen. We zijn bijna niet van ons privé strandje afgekomen. Het personeel van Boulevard 17 en pier 7 was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

De hele dag muziek van pier 7, gelukkig niet heel hard. De airco (of iets anders) bleef hele nacht een raar soort geluid maken, ook toen we deze uit gezet hadden (vergeten te melden bij uitchecken).

Ansich war es gut aber weiss nicht ob ich nocheinmal soviel ausgeben würde dafür ohne zusätzliches Frühstück.

Die Betten waren sehr fest und unbequem/ hatte Nacken-Rückenschmerzen. / kleines unnötiges Gemängeö aber trotzdem wichtig: in der Mini Küche mussten wir spülen aber ohne Schwamm mit einer schon benutzten Spülbürste und Ohne Tuch zum abtrocknen auch nicht nach 2 Tagen auch nicht nach 4 Tagen/ Mussten das Kleine Handtuch aus dem Klo nehmen.. das Essen im Restaurant und die Getränke Preise sind echt der Hammer auch wenn alles überall teuerer geworden ist muss man trotzdem nicht übertreiben. Ist sehr Schade .

Außergewöhnlich

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einmalig. Öffnet man die Tür des Beachrooms, steht man zuerst auf einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und Sonnenschirm. Sie gehört ebenso zum privaten Bereich wie der davorliegende, vom öffentlichen Strand abgetrennte Strandabschnitt. Hier steht bereits eine reservierte Strandliege zur Verfügung. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt glitzert bereits das Meer. Gleich nebenan befindet sich eine Beachbar. Tagsüber werden hier Snacks, Getränke und Eis serviert, am Abend kann man aus einer abwechslungsreichen Karte ein Abendessen wählen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Eine spezielle Kinderkarte gibt es leider nicht. Ein Frühstück kann optional dazugebucht werden und bietet alles, was man braucht. Alle Speisen sind frisch und werden regelmäßig nachgelegt. Wer möchte, kann sich auch im Appartement ein Frühstück zubereiten – eine Kochmöglichkeit gibt es allerdings nicht. Einen Supermarkt habe ich in unmittelbarer Nähe nicht entdecken können. Ein Aldi ist fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass Bad und WC separat untergebracht untergebracht sind, was sehr angenehm ist.

Der Wohnbereich war etwas klein für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Größe der Schlafräume und des Badezimmers ausreichend - gerade das, was man braucht.

Super verblijf recht aan het strand!

De kamer is echt super goed gelegen, je hebt je eigen terrasje met fijne stoelen, een tafel en parasol. Je hebt eigen ligstoelen die je neer kunt zetten waar je wil. Wij hebben erg kunnen genieten van ons verblijf hier.

In het appartement zelf rook het naar riool, wanneer de deur even had opengestaan was het ook zo weer weg, maar omdat er dus geen ramen in het appartement zitten is dat wel lastig. Wanneer je de slaapkamer deuren dichthield had je er daar geen last van.

Eine tolle Lage. Traumhaft schon beim aufstehen das Meer zu sehen. Schöne kleine Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlt

Die Wohnungen sind ohne Herd, was wirklich schade ist. Wir hätten gerne mal ein paar Nudeln gemacht oder morgens ein paar Eier. Dann hätten wir uns auch einen langen Aufenthalt vorstellen können. Aber jeden Tag essen gehen, geht ganz schön ins Geld!! Wir hatten sehr viele Ameisen in der Wohnung. Haben dann Löcher an der Türe gestopft wo sie durch kamen. Der Beachroom 4 eignet sich nicht für Familien. Er ist anders bebaut, sodass der private Bereich direkt an das Restaurant grenzt. Man möchte ungern da liegen oder spielen wo andere essen. Von privat ist da dann keine Rede mehr. Außerdem wissen die Restaurantgäste wohl nicht das es zu der Wohnung gehört, da sie dort ihre Kinder spielen lassen oder Gäste zum Rauchen dort hingehen. Ich habe dem Personal Bescheid gegeben und sie haben die Gäste darauf aufmerksam gemacht aber dann hätten wir gefühlt 20 mal am Tag Bescheid sagen müssen. Außerdem wird von oben andauernd Müll runter geschmissen. Morgens sind die Kinder auf die Terrasse und es lagen Joints und Dosen überall rum.

We sliepen direct naast het restaurant. In de muur zat een rooster waar de hele avond etenslucht uit kwam. Dit was wat storend. En er mag wel iets meer verlichting buiten gerealiseerd worden.

Zalig huisje op het strand. Goede bedden en heerlijk ontbijt! Ook leuk dat je roomservice kan bestellen bij de beachbar ernaast.

Bij slecht weer zit je een beetje in het donker, omdat er enkel daglicht binnen komt door de deur naar buiten. Maar als je op het terras kan zitten, zit je letterlijk op het strand. Heerlijk.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Strand, brauchbarste und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mich hat der Müll vor der Tür gestört, den die vorbeilaufenden Leute in den Sand vor die Ferienwohnungen fallen ließen. Den könnte man schon mal mit einem Rechen beseitigen.

Zwischenreinigung der Zimmer war nicht so toll. Es wurden unsere Kaffeetassen nicht abgespült und die Betten auch nicht gemacht. Check out 10:00 Uhr ist schon sehr früh.
