Very clean, looks like everything is new, very well equipped even with condiments needed for simple cooking. Although it's on the second floor, there's an elevator! A very peaceful place. Very convenient, close to train station, buses and supermarket or even to walk to the town. Every room has a balcony and allows good ventilation and good views of the surrounding mountains and neighbourhood.

There's no instructions regarding trash disposal, WiFi, or use of facilities provided. It's not easy to contact the agent. He said he was very busy. I WhatsApp him and waited two days before I got a reply as to where to get WiFi as I had been using my data. Hope he will respond quickly to requests made by guests in future. But I am grateful he made an effort to meet me at the apartment upon my arrival so I didn't have to collect the keys to the apartment from another location. Thank you for doing this, Michael.

Lage und Unterkunft inkl. Ausstattung sehr gut.

Einzige Beanstandung: Sehr unbequeme, zu große Kopfkissen. Einfach kleinere dazulegen und alles ist perfekt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, mitten im Wohngebiet und dennoch sind das Zentrum sowie der Bahnhof/Zugspitzbahnhof fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge ist sehr schön, sowohl von den Balkonen als von den Zimmern aus. Tiefgaragenstellplatz für das Auto und Fahrstuhl sind ideal. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage war etwas kompliziert, weil sich in der Straße einen große Baustelle befindet, die umfahren werden muss. Für das Navi leider nicht ersichtlich, deshalb war etwas Eigeninitiative erforderlich. Bei Ankunft untertags kein Problem, in der Dunkelheit aber eher erschwert.
