Brilliant short stay with a wonderful host, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was excellent, good parking, seafront 5 mins walk, shops, restaurants all just a short walk. Excellent home cooked full English breakfast, landlady (Jo) couldn't do enough for you, would recommend to anyone. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Ensuite facility would have made it perfect although there was a wash hand basin in the room to freshen up; although there is a bathroom (bath & toilet) and another separate toilet across the hall, shower room just around the corner with easy access.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was good for my purposes . The breakfast was super and good portion size cooked and served fresh .

No shower facilities, only a bath which would take an age to fill and use in a shared the bathroom ,heating was turned off at night , the parking was a choice of awkward or expensive .

Welcoming host, nice comfy, warm room with good facilities including tv and coffee/tea making items. Was good to be able to have a relaxing bath in spacious bathroom just opposite my room. Breakfast was hot and tasty and the shops and the beach were very close by.

It would have been nice to have fruit juice and/or yogurt with breakfast and a bigger pot of tea but no problem as I enjoyed the full English breakfast. Bedroom door was a bit stiff and made a bit of noise as opened and closed, didn’t want to disturb other guests when nipping to bathroom.

2nd stay here. Warm welcome. Comfortable room. Location very central, (near library). Food perfectly cooked. Host happy to provide further tea/coffee/milk/sugar supplies if run out. Owner takes pride in her home and makes conversation; asks how day has been etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Jo.

Ella Henderson homecoming...my first ever stay in Cleethorpes.

This hotel proves you don't just pick the obvious place. I stayed here the night Ella Henderson played at a 6k sold out Meridian Showground. I didn't know where this was but I visited a while back to explore. The venue had a nearby Premier Inn but even in December, it wanted £150, to find somewhere for £55 including breakfast was unbelievable. This was my first ever stay in Cleethorpes. Although the room wasn't en suite, all facilities were very close by including a spotless and easy to use shower. Breakfast in the morning was excellent too.

The only possible fault was a little noise but it was a Friday night in high summer with a major event in town.

This was a lovely clean and welcoming place with a cracking breakfast. Parking before 6pm could be challenging but easy after that. The place was close to all the amenities and the beach,

Special big thanks to the owners of the B&B for making my stay truly exceptional. Had to book a sudden room with a few hours notice due to an error at my original hotel, and I’m so glad I chose to stay at Mallowview. The location could not be more perfect, less than a minute to the beach but still on a quiet street. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee/ tea facilities were very much appreciated. Also management was very friendly and gave me great suggestions on where to go and eat during my stay. Hope to return again sometime

Hugely disappointed

No shower just a shared bath. Complimentary biscuits were 13 months out of date Cramp room with a few inches to squeeze past bed to get to window and tiny wardrobe. Outrageously priced.
