What i loved about my stay was the fact that everything is in walking distance and you can park your car at the back of the b&b in a car park and leave it at ease all your stay ..the lady was a lovely friendly and kind lady ..the breakfast was lovely too

The location was excellent, good parking, seafront 5 mins walk, shops, restaurants all just a short walk. Excellent home cooked full English breakfast, landlady (Jo) couldn't do enough for you, would recommend to anyone.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Ensuite facility would have made it perfect although there was a wash hand basin in the room to freshen up; although there is a bathroom (bath & toilet) and another separate toilet across the hall, shower room just around the corner with easy access.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was good for my purposes . The breakfast was super and good portion size cooked and served fresh .
No shower facilities, only a bath which would take an age to fill and use in a shared the bathroom ,heating was turned off at night , the parking was a choice of awkward or expensive .
